Actor and model Pamela Anderson has sold her super-modern Malibu home to Loren Kreiss, the CEO of California furniture brand Kreiss, for $3.1 million less than the initial asking price, Kreiss told Insider on Monday.
The privately-gated property has a rooftop deck with a fireplace, a sauna, and a separate guest house.
It also looks out onto a private lagoon and has access to a private beach.
The property hit the market in March for $14.9 million. The Agency's Sandro Dazzan closed the deal on August 3 on behalf of Kreiss at $11.8 million, Kreiss said.
The property was owned by Anderson and her husband Dan Hayhurst. Anderson sold the property to move to a house on Vancouver Island, Canada, which she bought around three decades ago and plans to renovate.
This doesn't mean that the rich are fleeing Malibu, however. "The Malibu market has become the destination of choice for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals from across the nation," Tomer Fridman, who listed the property for The Fridman Group, said.
"Malibu Colony, in particular, is one of Los Angeles's most important enclaves dating back to Hollywood's heyday of '20s glamour," he added.
Anderson rose to fame as Playboy's "Playmate of the Month" in February 1990. She broke into acting a year later as "the Tool Time Girl" in "Home Improvement," but is best known for "Baywatch. "
Anderson is also well known for her animal rights activism, and the property has sustainable features to match, including solar panels and an irrigated vegetable garden.

The interior floor space totals 5,500 square foot, and it sits on a 6,324 square foot site.

“We really have the most beautiful sunrises here on the island. It’s a beautiful day,” said Anderson during a recent conversation over Zoom from her six-acre oceanfront property in Ladysmith.
The Baywatch alum’s grandparents purchased the property, known as the Arcady Auto Court, in the 1950s. Anderson’s parents lived in a cabin there when they were first married, and Anderson, now 55, grew up there.
“I think I was really spoiled. When you grow up on the beach, you just expect it every morning. You expect these mornings,” Anderson said.
The Vancouver Island property stars alongside the model/actress/activist and tabloid target in the new HGTV Canada eight-part home renovation show, Pamela’s Garden of Eden, which premieres Nov. 3 at 10 p.m.
“I just kind of sit around sometimes and go, ‘How did I get here? What happened?’ I just left here, I went around the world and I came back slightly unscathed. I came back in one piece, which is a miracle,” said Anderson. “I always knew that I would come back here. I always knew if I had this place, I would keep a little bit of my sanity and a little bit of my feet on the ground.”

Anderson said her plan from the time she purchased the property from her paternal grandmother about 30 years ago was to return and “create a masterpiece.”
Redone in what Anderson calls a “rustic-modern” style, the renovation even earned a Ladysmith Heritage Award from the Ladysmith and District Historical Society, bringing it a long way from the down-on-its-heels property that Anderson came home to in 2019 after, admittedly, neglecting the property for a couple of decades after her grandmother died.
“I had so many offers to develop the property and I almost lost the property so many times to stupidity because people were offering to buy it. And, I thought about it a few times, but I’m glad I kept it,” said Anderson. “Now we’re just starting from scratch, really.”

One of the many buildings on Pamela Anderson’s property in Ladysmith that underwent a full makeover is the roadhouse. The six-acre property stars alongside Anderson in the new home renovation series Pamela’s Garden of Eden that begins airing on HGTV on Nov. 3. jpgAnderson said HGTV approached her about doing the show after The New York Times ran a piece about her rediscovering the Vancouver Island home under the headline: Pamela Anderson’s Garden of Eden.
“They said, ‘This sounds like an incredible labour of love, we would love to do something with you. ’ I said, ‘Sure, why not?’ That will also give me some resources to finish this project,” said Anderson. “So, we talked about how we could do that. I really wanted it to be sustainable with water catching. We have solar panels. We’re planting clover fields. Everything to kind of sustain water as climate change is upon us.”
Anderson is an outspoken vegan and animal rights activist, so it is no surprise the garden is a big focal point on the property.

“It’s basically a garden from the top of the property to the ocean and I’ve just been learning as I go because I was not a gardener before this,” said Anderson. “I planted my 5,000-square-foot vegetable garden that went completely crazy — like Jack and the Beanstock.
“I am canning vegetables. I am pickling things. I’m just trying to keep up with the property. It’s amazing. It is such a bountiful, wonderful place. It keeps me busy. I’m mowing the lawns. I’m out in the garden. It’s the best workout.”

There is the designer, local contractor and the crew, which includes Dan Hayhurst, a local guy who became Anderson’s fourth husband in 2020. The marriage ended in January, according to various sources.

That chapter is another in the open book of a career and life that began when Anderson was discovered on the Jumbotron at a B.C. Lions game in the late-1980s. Her career took off when she was the centrefold in the February 1990 issue of Playboy. Acting gigs, many, many more Playboy covers, activism, online businesses and, of course, headline-making marriages and relationships followed as Anderson has moved in and out of the entertainment news cycle for decades.
Most recently, Anderson has been back in the spotlight due to rave reviews for her turn last spring as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. She was also a topic of much conversation and consternation this year after Hulu delivered the limited series Pam And Tommy, which revisited the non-consensual distribution of Anderson’s and then-husband Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee’s sex tape in the mid-1990s.

Pamela Anderson poses during a photo call for her Broadway debut in Chicago at The Civilian Hotel on March 23, 2022 in New York City. Photo by Dia Dipasupil /Getty ImagesWith a lifetime of colourful stories and zeitgeist moments in her wake, the woman whose slow-motion run down a beach is a pop culture reference point doesn’t want to talk about her jam-packed past. Instead, she says her side of those stories and more will be delivered in a memoir due out Jan. 31, along with a pending Netflix documentary.
“I’m really focused on launching this series right now after working on it for the last few years. But I’m excited to reveal even more in my upcoming memoirs next year,” said Anderson in a statement after the initial interview for this story. “I know my past has been an incredible journey, but for those who want to know more, you’ll just have to wait.”
While a quick Google search will take you down the rabbit hole of Anderson’s very public life, there is one thing she thinks fans don’t know about her.

“I like to get my hands dirty,” said Anderson. “I like to get into the dirt. Run around barefoot. I’m in the ocean a lot. This is where I grew up and how I grew up.
“It’s exciting. I love construction. Any time of my life. This is the foundation of me. I’m always building. I’m always designing.”
The show sets out to capture that as Anderson is involved in all the decision-making on the $750,000 — a number quoted in the first episode — renovation.
“I call this an art project, so I respect everyone’s opinion, from the contractors to labourers to anyone that’s here working. I want to hear their opinion. What do they think? Because there is nothing drawn in stone yet. So, I’m wasting a lot of money probably doing it this way,” said Anderson, adding her son Brandon Lee, who is one of the executive producers on the show, has been trying to rein his mother in.
The design payoff in the first episode is seeing a dark, dank laundry room transformed into a light, bright, feminine space where Anderson says she plans to listen to records and enjoy some wine as she does two of her favourite things: laundry and ironing.
“My kids say, ‘Mom, I know you want to be normal, but you’re not normal.’ But I’m trying,” Anderson says in the episode.

Mansion in Malibu
The famous American actress Pamela Anderson was born in Canada, in the city of Ladysmith (British Columbia). On the mother's side, Carol Anderson has Russian roots: her great-great-grandmother emigrated first to the Netherlands, and later to Canada.
Pamela Anderson did not plan to become a sex symbol and model. After graduation, she worked as a physical education teacher in Vancouver.
But a girl with such data could not go unnoticed: during a football match, a brewing company drew attention to her and offered her an advertising contract. nine0003
In 1992, Pamela began acting in the TV series Baywatch, after which she became one of the US sex symbols.
In real life, the girl does not stray far from her main on-screen image. Luxurious blonde lives not just anywhere, namely in Malibu, on the ocean.
In a city located west of Los Angeles, California, the artist owns a 2,700 square meter mansion.
There is a large swimming pool next to the house. The building has several large bedrooms, guest rooms, a huge gym, a modern kitchen. It is known that the cost of the main bathroom in Pamela's house is 14 thousand dollars.
Pamela Anderson's three-bedroom, three-bath home combines three styles: industrial, beach, and romantic. The entire space of the courtyard with a swimming pool and observation terraces is lined with teak wood.
Inside, designer chandeliers, clean white walls and huge panoramic windows overlooking the courtyard, which offset the bright decorative accents and natural wood flooring.
The house is very technological, fully controlled by technology, iPhones, iPads and so on. By the way, the house has some highlights. For example, in one of the bedrooms there is a striptease pole.
Note that the actress prefers not to post photos of her house on Instagram. Her blog is mostly shots from the shoot. It is noteworthy that all the photos on Pamela's Instagram are black and white. nineJe suis à petite bird Admiring my mess … Sex must be mixed with tears, laughter, words, promises, scenes, jealousy, envy, all the spices of fear, foreign travel, new faces , novels, stories, dreams, fantasies, music, dancing, opium, wine. A fairly new mansion built in 1998 was listed for sale for $5.2 million. The building with a swimming pool and a tropical garden on the adjacent territory is located in the elite area of Summerlin.
