The architectural features laid down initially, such as the geometry of corridors, bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms, impose restrictions on the choice of style solution for the entire interior and immediately set a certain conceptual atmosphere.

Cottage is one of the varieties of suburban housing, which in the original sense corresponded to a small one- or one-and-a-half-story house of a small area with front and technical entrances.
