Bissell multi reach cordless review

Bissell Multireach Active 21V review: An affordable cordless vacuum cleaner with good cleaning ability

The Bissell Multireach Active 21V sits at something of a sweet spot for cordless vacuum cleaners, costing just under £200. While you can certainly pay more for a model with all the bells and whistles, at this kind of price you can still expect a competent cordless stick with enough power and accessories to get your essential cleaning jobs done.

The Bissell gets this just right, with decent cleaning ability, good battery life and the right mix of accessories to cover most of the vacuuming jobs you’re likely to encounter. There are a few areas of compromise, but for the price it’s an attractive option.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V: What you need to know

The Bissell Multireach Active 21V is a 2-in-1 device. This means it can operate as a standard stick vacuum using the included extension pole and motorised head. Alternatively, you can remove the extension and use it as a handheld cleaner. All the tools are interchangeable, so you can use the extension pole with non-motorised attachments to help reach into difficult corners.

Image 14 of 19

The main unit is 2kg, which is a little hefty for a handheld. Add on the pole and motorised head and it tops out at 3.6kg, which is a lot of vacuum to push around.

The motorised head has a tangle-free brush to clear long hairs without getting in a knot, and there’s a bank of LED lights on the front so you can see into dark places as you’re cleaning.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V: Price and competition

The Multireach Active is competitively priced, so there’s plenty of stiff competition. The obvious choice is the Vax Blade 3, which did a good job of cleaning in our tests and costs only £169. The Bissell is another 500g heavier than this already weighty 3. 1kg model, although I found the flexible joint between the motorised head and the extension pole helped make the Bissell more manoeuvrable.

Image 3 of 19

For a leaner alternative, the Eufy HomeVac S11 is an attractive option. It’s significantly more expensive, at £279, but is often available heavily discounted at less than £200. It only weighs 2.5kg and its suction is higher than the Bissell’s.

For the ultimate vacuum cleaner, we’d still recommend Dyson. The Dyson V11 Outsize is a hefty model and carries a high price of £699 but it’s worth considering for its cleaning prowess if you’re prepared to pay for it.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V: Design and accessories

We’ve already mentioned the cleaning accessories that come in the Multireach Active 21V’s box, but there’s one other item included that’s worth noting: the wall mount. This is a plastic holster you can screw to the wall and comes with an attachment holder that can store both the crevice tool and the brush, as well as the vacuum cleaner itself.

If you locate it near a wall socket, the charging cable can also be clipped into the holster, so that when you return the vacuum after a cleaning job, it will charge automatically.

As for the vacuum unit itself, it’s a traditional pistol-grip arrangement with the dust collection bin located at the front, the handle to the rear and the control buttons mounted on top of the grip, under your thumb.

Image 11 of 19

The collection bin is relatively small at 0.5l so you’ll need to empty it fairly regularly, and it’s a bit of a fiddly process, too. First, you have to unclip the collection bin from the stick, then remove the filter from the top. Only then can you upend the bin into your waste.

For more significant servicing, both of the unit’s filters can be disassembled and washed in water, as long as they’re left to dry naturally for 24 hours before reassembling them.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V review: Cleaning performance and battery life

The suction on the Bissell Multireach Active 21V is about average for a vacuum of its size and class. On low power we measured it at 7kPa, which is reasonable for a lower setting.

On full power it reached 10.9kPa, which is perfectly adequate but falls short of rivals. The Eufy HomeVac S11 Infinity, for example, pushes up to 24kPa at max settings, while Dyson’s V11 range gets up to 30kPa.

Image 9 of 19

However, while powerful suction and good cleaning ability usually go hand in hand, there are plenty of other factors at play, so we put the Multreach Active through our usual suite of tough cleaning tests, where it performed admirably.

Although the front lip of the motorised head is relatively close to the ground, it has a gentle funnel shape and a significant gap moulded into the middle for letting through larger particles. As a result, cleaning a measure of Cheerios from short-pile carpet proved a simple task and it collected almost all of them in a single pass.

A couple of Cheerios must have caught the brushes at an awkward angle and were propelled out of reach, but it was less than 1g of a 26g spillage and was nothing a second pass couldn’t deal with.

It struggled with the cereal on hard floor, however, with the particles proving too large to pass through the funnel without the added traction of carpet. It only gathered 8g of Cheerios with the motorised head and we had to convert it to handheld mode and rely on the brush attachment to scoop the rest up.

It was better at collecting flour from hard floor, where it gathered 43g of a 50g spill on the first pass. This is more than it sounds, with only a light residue left behind. However, I did need to use the brush attachment to finish the job off.

On carpet, the motorised head collected 45g of a 50g spillage of flour, again leaving only a light residue on the floor from a single pass. This time, the motorised head picked up more on subsequent passes but, again, I needed the brush attachment to get the last of it up.

Image 18 of 19

The Bissell has two power modes, with the higher power designed to cope with carpet and the lower designed for hard floors, although I found it produced the best results on both surfaces with the higher setting.

Battery life is middling in this mode, lasting 18mins 43secs, although dropping to the lower power setting didn’t bring about a revelatory extension in stamina, upping it to around 30 minutes. Charging takes about five hours, which is pretty slow, and the battery is built into the device so can’t be swapped out.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V review: Verdict

The Bissell Multireach Active 21V is a good balance of power, accessories and price. There’s a lot of competition at around this price, but the Multireach Active holds its own, doing a good job of cleaning our test spills.

However, it isn’t perfect. Its motorised head failed to pick up larger particles on hard flooring, and it’s also pretty heavy. It has surprisingly good manoeuvrability for its weight, though, thanks to the flexible joint between the head and the extension pole.

If you have the money to spend, I’d recommend a Dyson over this, even though the excellent V11 Outsize costs three times as much. For a more modest budget, particularly if you’d prefer a lighter model, the Eufy HomeVac S11 is an excellent choice, and although its list price is higher than the Bissel, it’s often on offer for a similar price. The Vax Blade 3 is also worth considering, although it isn’t quite as manoeuvrable.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V cordless vacuum review

When I was asked to review the Bissell Multireach Active 21V cordless vacuum, I was intrigued. We’ve already tested some of Shark's cordless vacuums and loved them – but at a lower price than its some of its competitor's vacs, the Bissell seemed like a cost-efficient alternative that shouldn’t be overlooked.

I’ll come clean (no pun intended): I am a big fan of the best cordless vacuums on the market. So much more convenient than hauling a full-size vacuum cleaner out, they are perfect for quick clean ups – but also for a whole house vacuum, assuming their batteries are up to the task.

The downside? I do find that most cordless vacuum cleaners – even the great ones – are best on their maximum power setting if they are to compete with full size vacs, and that, of course, challenges their batteries to last much longer than 15 to 20 minutes.

Bissell Multireach Active 21V cordless vacuum review

Size

The Bissell® Multireach Active 21V cordless vacuum is lightweight at 3.6kg – this is a big plus with cordless vacuum cleaners because they aren’t usually designed to stand up on their own, while you move furniture about, for example, unlike most full-size vacuum cleaners. So, if you're picking it up, leaning it, putting it down... you want it to be light.

It’s also comparable in size to its cordless competitors – measuring 119cm tall by 27cm wide and 24cm deep – so easily stored in a tall but slim kitchen cabinet or utility space. And, yes, there is a wall-mounted dock for neat storage and charging.

Battery

The Bissell® Multireach Active 21V has a decent, 21-volt Li-ion battery, which will run for up to 30 minutes before needing recharging – which typically takes 5 hours.

A warning to newbies to cordless vacuum cleaners: this one, like others, doesn’t fade in power as the battery runs down; instead, it will simply stop when the battery is run down – note: there is no warning light.

The battery is recharged on the body of the vac – and there is no option to buy an extra so that you always have a fully charged battery ready to go. That does mean that you will want to ensure your battery is fully charged – or at least half-charged – if you are planning to whizz round the whole house.

Performance

It goes without saying that this vacuum can deal efficiently with both carpets and hard floors – and because it’s a cordless, furniture and cars, too. But what about the extras?

There are two power settings – the lower setting is what will give you the run time of 30 minutes of battery life; the higher setting is what I prefer to use to match a full-size vac more comparably – but will cut battery life down to around 15 minutes. For me, this is the setting you need to use to match the performance of a plug-in vac. If it's quick spills you're looking to pick up, the lower setting is fine; if you want thoroughness, you'll need full power.

The low profile, swivel floor nozzle has a brush roll that is sold as ‘tangle-free’, with an ‘Advanced Hair Management System’. What that translates to is a motorized brush roll that doesn’t get stuck as the brush roll/comb separates and removes hair, sucking it up into the dust cup – this stops your cleaning rhythm being spoilt by constantly having to unclog the vacuum. That said, we still found that the vacuum had to be occasionally unclogged as the anti-hair wrap technology is not 100% effective.

There are LED lights on the floor nozzle, which are really bright. This is an added extra I really love – it makes vacuuming under furniture so much easier simply because you can see where to aim, and where you've been.

This vacuum converts easily to a handheld, with a touch of a button. There’s a built in crevice tool, so there’s no need for an attachment for those hard-to-reach spaces. A dusting brush is also provided.

Emptying

As you might hope, the Bissell is easy to empty and clean – the Easy Empty™ and Clean Slide Technology features a no-touch dirt chamber with a unique sliding mechanism which collects and then traps dust, debris, allergens and hair.

What didn’t I like?

As I said at the top, we have tried various other cordless to handheld vacuum cleaners. What this vacuum lacks that the Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum in particular does have is the duster crevice tool features with a flippable brush which means you can reach beneath furniture without bending forwards.

This isn’t a big thing, but it did cross my mind as I prostrated myself on the floor of the living room to reach under the sofa with the Bissell – the Shark simply folds in the middle to allow for the user to do nothing more than bend forward to reach beneath furniture.

However – and this is the major difference between them – the price of the Bissell is what makes up for this lack of feature. It is cheaper.

the ideal assistant for the home / Comfortable home and home appliances / iXBT Live

The ideal washing vacuum cleaner for the home - I present a review of the excellent Bissell Crosswave model. This is a cordless (battery) vacuum cleaner for wet and dry cleaning with a self-cleaning station. Thoughtful design, extremely convenient maintenance, affordable consumables - all this once and for all makes you forget about the mop and house cleaning. The vacuum cleaner is able to clean carpets and scrub dried stains, as well as self-cleaning rollers. nine0003

So, in today's review we will talk about an extremely interesting model of a wet vacuum cleaner - Bissell Crosswave. It is a popular brand with a full line of carpet cleaners and deep carpet cleaners that actually delivers on the performance they claim. Initially, the choice was between washing models Karcher FC7 (wireless) and Tineco (also wireless). Of course, there are also wired Karcher FC5 models and the same Bissell, but one of the important criteria was ease of cleaning. And you can’t run far with a wire - usually the length of the power cord is 5-7 meters, after cleaning it needs to be untangled and put away somewhere. And with battery models it is much easier. Moreover, Bissell Crosswave has a whole station for cleaning rollers and recharging. No less important was the criterion of ease of maintenance - without expensive consumables, without complex disassembly or problematic cleaning of the vacuum cleaner itself. And Bissell excels at this. nine0003

Characteristics:
Brand: Bissell
Model: Crosswave
Article: 2872N
Type: wet vacuum cleaner
Motor power: 250 W
Water tank: 0.82 l : IPX4
Operating time: up to 25 min / up to 35 minutes depending on the mode
Self-cleaning function: Yes
Noise level: up to 80 dB
Weight: 4.3 kg

The vacuum cleaner is delivered with the handle removed, assembled. The box is relatively compact, inside there is a cleaning / charging station, as well as a liter of branded detergent. nine0003

The size of the vacuum cleaner including the handle is about 118 x 33 x 35 cm, the rather large main unit in which the motor is installed, as well as both containers, catches the eye. The vacuum cleaner weighs about 4.3 kg (excluding liquids).

The clean water tank is mounted at the top rear and the dirty water tank is mounted at the bottom of the front of the housing, directly above the cleaning head. A second handle is provided for carrying on the case.

The CrossWave Cordless logo proudly flaunts on the front. And the case itself is made in an aggressive style - Bissell's industrial design is at a high level. That is why the vacuum cleaner can be considered as a gift to a loved one or colleague. Yes, and a good option for a housewarming party. nine0003

The complete instruction is made like a comic - in pictures. In principle, there is nothing incomprehensible when working and maintaining a vacuum cleaner. Fill with clean water and washing liquid, vacuum, then rinse the working parts and dry.

This bottle of branded detergent is included in the kit. It is a concentrate based on purified water and surfactants. As I understand it, you can purchase either the same tool, or a similar one with a similar composition.

The principle of operation is based on cleaning the surface with wet rollers that rotate continuously. nine0009 In total, there are two modes of cleaning intensity - for hard surfaces (laminate, linoleum, tiles) and for carpets (carpets, paths, carpet, etc.).

Pressing the button sends a jet of clean water and detergent into the cleaning head. The rollers rub off the dirt, and then wring out the mechanism. Dirty water is collected in a special container. The container for collecting dirty water is quite voluminous, there is a coarse filter, a fine filter and a HEPA filter. Everything is perfectly washed and collected after cleaning and drying. nine0003

The cleaning head is disassembled in an elementary way - just pull the cover towards you. Then it will be possible to remove, rinse and wring out the roller. The dirty water tank is also easy to remove and wash.

Charging station included. Powered by the mains, recharges the battery of the vacuum cleaner itself. At the same time it serves as a storage organizer and functions as a trough for squeezing rollers in self-cleaning mode.

The manufacturer suggests storing accessories in this way. The benefit of additional nozzles-heads is not provided. nine0003

For self-cleaning, it is enough to hold the corresponding button for 15 seconds. First you need to pour the cleaning agent into the pan.

Before work, fill the clean water tank in the proportions specified in the instructions. Please note that there are marks for a small room (up to 27 sq. M.) And for a large one (up to 50 sq. M.).

It is difficult to catch the process of water supply in the photo, but it goes something like this: the nozzles spray clean water onto the rollers, the rollers wet the surface, they capture the already dirty water with particles of debris and dust, are squeezed out, and the dirty water flows up through the pipe into a special container to collect waste water. Large debris in the tank is retained by a coarse filter, then fine cleaning (mesh) takes place, and the air itself is filtered by a Hepa filter. nine0003

It is advisable to carry out dry cleaning beforehand, but the vacuum cleaner copes with small and large debris perfectly - everything settles in the dirty water tank.

The "Rug area" cleaning mode is designed for cleaning pile surfaces (carpets, runners, rugs) - in this case, slightly less water is dosed. In the "Hard area" cleaning mode, more water is supplied, cleaning is more intensive. This mode is suitable for ceramic flooring, linoleum, etc.

Before cleaning with BISSELL CrossWave, it makes sense to first run with a simple vacuum cleaner (for dry cleaning) so that the rollers are less polluted with dust. nine0003

Despite the dimensions of the main unit, the vacuum cleaner is very manoeuvrable. Can be tilted, rotated, cleaned in corners, next to furniture, etc. Very comfortably.

Fluid is dispensed by pressing a button in the handle. When applying, you can see the splashing of clean water on the rollers (with illumination) and the intensive collection of dirty water through the central channel. After vacuuming, the surface is slightly damp and dries quickly.

Example of the status of the dirty water compartment after cleaning. And this is taking into account the preliminary dry cleaning with a Dyson vacuum cleaner. So definitely such a washing vacuum cleaner is a must have at home. nine0003

After cleaning I return the vacuum cleaner to the base. You need to install carefully and without effort, as electrical contacts are connected. Full charge time is 4 hours.

Compared to BISSELL CrossWave Cordless - Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner (dry). By the way, the Dyson vacuum cleaner also knows how to clean floors, but I will talk about this a little later. As you can see, the BISSELL vacuum cleaner looks more massive and heavier, mainly due to the cleaning unit. But in terms of cleaning, BISSELL gives better results.

Also for comparison - a new and good model Dreame Cordless Vacuum T30. Powerful cordless dry vacuum cleaner. Alas, on Dreame I did not meet washing nozzles.

I will complete the review with a comparison with a similar model Tineco iFLOOR 3. This is the same washing vacuum cleaner, differing in details. Also cleans up well. I note the quieter work of Tineco in terms of noise.

Video test drive of the Bissel vacuum cleaner. You can compare the noise level with the analogue from Tineco.

I liked the BISSELL CrossWave Cordless (2872N) vacuum cleaner. With him, it somehow became more fun to be killed in the house. Cleaning is no problem - wash the rollers, dirty water tank, and dry. Then install in place. It makes sense to purchase spare filters / rollers so that while the old ones dry, the new ones can be safely removed. Of course, it is optional to have a washing robot vacuum cleaner, then it will be easier to keep the room clean. I purchased the BISSELL CrossWave Cordless model from the Computeruniverse store, it was just cheaper at the time of purchase. To receive a discount, use promo code 9 when registering0007 FWS3XYVG . 6 best Bissell vacuum cleaners - Rating 2022

The manufacturer attracts buyers with a variety of cleaning technologies. Bissell vacuum cleaners are efficient yet easy to maintain.

The best vacuum cleaners Bissell

The rating presents updated models of vacuum cleaners that have become even more convenient to use and maintain. Especially the American manufacturer succeeds in washing machines. nine0003

The cordless model has been specially designed for dry cleaning of hair and other dirt that occurs in a home where four-legged people live. Its removable hand block helps with furniture care.

A notable feature of the ICON pet vacuum cleaner is the special design of the turbo brush, on the bristles of which hair and wool are not wound. The motorized nozzle with LEDs provides such an increase in traction force that the absorbed debris immediately rolls into the container.

Characteristics:

Mini TurboBrush effectively cleans textile upholstery and stairs, picking up hair and undercoat. The illuminated crevice tool makes it easy to clean dark corners and other hard-to-reach places.

Bare Floor Soft Brush is another interesting tool in the form of a roller with soft bristles. The device attracts microparticles, which are usually inflated on the sides by other vacuum cleaners. nine0003

Smart Seal Allergen guarantees tightness. All captured dust remains inside the device and does not settle on the case. The design of the dust collector is designed in such a way that when shaking out, the debris simply slips down without dirtying a person’s hands.

The vacuum cleaner has 3 power levels to work on all types of floor coverings, including low and medium pile carpet, tiles, parquet.

We liked high performance model and original equipment. It's great that the vacuum cleaner can be used as a full size and manual version, especially since the controls are on the handle. And multi-level filtration makes ICON pet suitable for allergy sufferers. nine0003

Washing vacuum cleaner for hard floors and carpets up to 2 cm pile height. Safe for tiles, wooden floors, linoleum. Recommended for pet owners and suitable for rooms up to 100 m².

Bissell CrossWave vacuums and mop at the same time, saving owners time and effort when cleaning. A mesh filter installed in the debris compartment separates large particles from water. At the end of the work, the collected liquid can simply be drained into the sink without fear of provoking a blockage. nine0003

Features:

Rotatable motorized turbo brush for excellent maneuverability between interior items. The nozzle is equipped with suction channels not only in the center, but also on the sides, so the cleaning efficiency of the space along the walls and in the corners is increased by 60%. nine0003

Wet-cleanable carpets are treated with a detergent solution. In this case, it will be possible not only to refresh the surface, but also to remove stains.

The brush has a self-cleaning function that is activated when the device is returned to the docking station. The charging base also serves as a drying and storage tray for the vacuum cleaner.

We liked the that wet cleaning involves the supply of clean water throughout the entire cycle. The self-service option of the turbo brush is also very convenient. However, the battery life of the vacuum cleaner is short - it will not work to completely clean a large apartment on one charge. nine0003

MultiReach is designed for cleaning smooth floors and carpets. With the help of a removable portable unit, furniture upholstery, stairs and car interiors are also cleaned.

The device is equipped with a handle that can be folded in two directions. This allows the vacuum cleaner to get as close as possible to the baseboards, without forcing the owner to bend down. The swivel turbo brush and foldable stem provide excellent control and maneuverability. One click - and in the hands of the owner of a handheld vacuum cleaner.

Characteristics:

The suction control is located on the handle within finger reach. Using the buttons, they also turn on the electric brush and activate the draft along the edges of the nozzle (dirt is sucked in through special cavities).

Powerful motor runs relatively quietly. The battery with increased capacity guarantees long cleaning, so the vacuum cleaner is used in spacious rooms. nine0003

Additional accessories, of which there are 5 in a set, are stored on the base of the charger.

We liked the increased suction power with good autonomy, ease of maintenance and worthy equipment of the vacuum cleaner. The maneuverability of this model is also not bad, but it still has limited access to furniture.

Vertical washing vacuum cleaner suitable for cleaning hard floors, carpets, mattresses. It lifts the pile well and returns the original color to textiles. nine0003

When it comes to the washing vacuum cleaner, the imagination draws a bulky, unwieldy device. But not in this case. HydroWave is a compact vertical wet cleaner.

Characteristics:

The machine's handle extends and when folded, the vacuum cleaner is only 87 cm high, making it easy to store. An 8-meter cable is enough to clean a small apartment without switching between sockets too often. nine0003

The dirty water container is equipped with a float that blocks the suction when the maximum liquid level is reached - this is important given its small volume.

There are two modes to choose from: express and deep cleaning. The amount of soap solution dispensed is controlled by pressing the trigger. All garbage is collected in an aquafilter that neutralizes allergens and dust mites.

Extended motorized brush base with 10 rows of stiff bristles for increased coverage. In addition to the carpet nozzle, the set includes a hard floor roller and a detergent to remove old stains. nine0003

The manufacturer assures that the carpet treated in express mode will dry within 30 minutes.

We liked the carpet cleaner, but it doesn't do as well on smooth surfaces. A telescopic handle that adjusts to the height of the user and a stand for vertical drying of the device and rollers are all pluses.

Bissell CrossWave vacuums and cleans most types of floors, effectively picks up hair and removes dirt from carpets. nine0003

CrossWave is a multifunctional system that simultaneously performs dry, wet cleaning and dries the surface. Thanks to the high-speed roller, the duty cycle is further reduced. If desired, you can only vacuum, without resorting to mopping.

Features:

Low profile, electrically swivel turbo brush tucks freely between furniture legs. The microfiber combination roller covered with a range of medium-hard bristles performs well on smooth floors. nine0003

The carpet cleaner has two rows of stiff bristles to remove stubborn dirt.

The waste water tank has a removable filter that separates solid debris from liquids for hygienic disposal. The stand for the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a compartment for detergent, where the brush self-cleaning takes place.

We liked the efficiency and performance of the , which saves a lot of cleaning time. The intensity of the water supply is adjustable, and at the end of wet cleaning, the floors are almost dry. nine0003

Vac&Steam is used to clean and remove stains from all types of floor coverings. The vacuum cleaner is suitable for small households.

The all-in-one is capable of both vacuuming and steam cleaning smooth surfaces at the same time, or these operations can be performed separately. The vacuum cleaner restores the original structure of the carpet pile, rids it of bacteria and mites.

Characteristics:

30 seconds after the unit is plugged in, the water heats up to 90 - 95 °C. The Bissell electronic regulator automatically adjusts the amount of steam supplied. Manual control of the modes is carried out by means of buttons.

When picking up dirt, the device separates the solid suspension from the liquid, which facilitates the disposal of debris and the subsequent cleaning of containers. The boiler pre-filter removes minerals from tap water while protecting against limescale deposits. Aromatic capsules are included as a bonus. nine0003

We liked the high suction power combined with environmentally friendly surface disinfection – without the use of chemicals. Easy to use and maneuverable nozzle with a swivel joint.

Features of Bissell vacuum cleaners

CrossWave range

A range of cordless and corded vacuum cleaners designed for wet and dry cleaning of all surfaces.

Washing equipment is equipped with Dual (Two) Tank technology , which separates clean water from the dirt tank. This allows the series vacuum cleaners to clean floors more thoroughly, while remaining manageable and mobile. nine0003

Detergents are often included in the scope of delivery to increase cleaning efficiency. For example, Pet Clean Formula is designed to remove odors. And its botanical base is safe for family members, including pets, to use.

Noteworthy and multipurpose docking station . The mechanism not only acts as a charger and parking space, but also cleans the main nozzle on its own. Debris, wool, dirt from the feed channels and the turbo brush roller are washed off automatically. nine0003

MultiReach Series

A class of cordless dry vacuum cleaners that transform into handheld vacuum cleaners thanks to the removable unit. With each version update, the battery capacity increases.

The exclusive technique EdgeReach has been created for this range: when this function is activated, the thrust is redirected towards the side edge of the brush. Such targeted suction is used to clean areas along the baseboards, remove debris stuck under furniture.

The bar of the MultiReach vacuum cleaners is a two-piece module fastened with a movable hinge. Such a simple technology, called Swivel , expands the range of possibilities of the device. And the rotary handle increases maneuverability of the device.
