Winning places among themselves sections: Individual awards were given to the authors of the best dishes and the best assistant to the participant: Source: https://bocusedor.com.ua 3.Behind this door, everything will be. .. 4.I arrived early and am starting to inspect the studio. Everything is very atmospheric... 5. 6. I forgot her name. 8.At this table we will eat cooked food 9.Finally, everyone gathered (18 people), took their seats... 10. We put on beautiful aprons, and there are knives under them. Mother dear, didn't anyone cut themselves with them ?? I hope I won’t be the first... task: cut tangerines for chicken. Well, I did it :) Even with such a knife... (everything is cooked at the same time, so the photos of cooking different dishes will alternate). nine0214 15. Cleaning the pomelo correctly is a separate wisdom. By the way, do you know the correct name for this fruit? It turns out, pomelo, with the stress on the second syllable. 16.Our tangerines went to work, and I get the second task: to grate orange zest for a biscuit. I also coped with it :) 17. Meanwhile, the biscuit is being prepared 18. The fish is grilled 19. And the dough for the chicken is already ready, and they begin to roll it out 20. Chicken with spices is laid out on the rolled out dough 21. Covered with the second piece of dough and pinched. It turns out chicken in an edible sealed package. In this form, it goes to the oven 22. Being carried away by the stories, our presenter missed the moment when it was necessary to take the biscuit out of the oven 23. However, the measures for its resuscitation were successful! 24. There are a lot of interesting things around, I relaxed a little, but Oleg notices that I shoot more than I cook, and I get the following task: to make a salad dressing, for which I mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar. nine0214 25. Time, the biscuit is prepared for the biscuit 26. Salad leaves 27 are being cut. Fish for salad 28. The assignment is poured into salad 29. It is possible to proceed to the final serving of the salad: seasoned greens are laid out on a plate, cherry tomatoes, pomelo slices (pomelo ??), fish and everything are sprinkled with almonds 30. Meanwhile, the cut biscuit is watered with impregnation 31. The salad is ready! 32. The rest of the fish should be added to the prepared portions 33. And we are turning from cooks into eaters and spectators. 34. While we are eating the salad, Oleg takes the chicken out of the oven and removes the edible lid. It can be thrown away, he says, but he invites us to try. And it's very tasty! It turns out such a loaf, saturated with the taste and smell of herbs and tangerines - very unexpected and pleasant. It’s embarrassing to contradict the master, but it seems to me that this should by no means be thrown away! nine0214 35.Chicken with mashed potatoes and a piece of mandarin 36.The last step in the preparation of the biscuit. Ice cream balls are poured with something unusual 37. And here is the result! Needless to say, everything was very tasty. But I think it's worth thinking about what I got from the master class, besides an interesting evening and delicious food.

2. The Clever Culinary Studio is located in a very interesting place, I hope about it , I will tell you separately, so far only one photo "for seed"
Even with my complete culinary inexperience, there is a learning effect. I not only learned how to make zest, salad dressing and not be afraid of large kitchen knives. For the third day, I have been racking my brains on how to make a salad, changing the ingredients, but keeping the idea, and have already tried out the dressing options. And I really want to make chicken - an unexpected and elegant dish. By the way, I found a detailed recipe with photo
A couple of recommendations for those who go. It might be worth bringing a change of shoes - you'll spend two hours on your feet. Your bags will stand aside, provide pockets for your phone and other necessary little things. Come full - you can eat after two hours of work - but if you arrive a little early, you will be offered tea, coffee, juices or water.
