Luxurious bathroom interior - the best photo ideas for you
Everyone can intuitively understand that they have come into contact with something luxurious when they see a designer bathroom. What elements define it?
Vast space
A spacious bathroom is guaranteed to be gorgeous no matter how it is designed. You can create the illusion of space not only due to the size, but also through minimalism or by placing a bathtub in an open room in front of panoramic windows overlooking the endless ocean. nine0003
Beautiful view
As a rule, because of the small area or because of the intimacy, there are no large windows. Therefore, a huge window with a beautiful view is an extraordinary find.
Marble walls
Finishing any room with natural materials always attracts attention and commands respect. Marble is the most noble and monumental coating, giving the interior a regal look, and the combination with onyx - sophistication. But this style is more suitable for traditional mansions. nine0003
Unusual combination of finishes
The combination of different materials can be the main feature of an unforgettable bathroom. For example, textured natural stone wallpaper contrasts perfectly with urban chrome details and sparkling elements.
Rich details
Some decorative accents, such as beautifully decorated mirrors, a sculptural chair, antique candlesticks and chandelier, beautiful ornaments on the baseboards and plinth, can give a room a luxurious look, even if it is not particularly spacious or does not have large windows. nine0003
Contrasting textures
Textile details make the room very cozy. It is so delightful to first step on the shiny tiles of the floor, and then on the zebra rug, touch the soft, delicate curtains and feel the luxury enveloping the body.
Recessed bathtub
Technically sophisticated designs always make interiors unique. An in-depth bath in front of panoramic windows with a bewitching landscape will help to achieve the desired effect.
Light accent
You can give a special ambiance to the room with the help of the play of light. On the one hand, the general lighting is very bright and cheerful. On the other hand, by means of a more intimate illumination, separate functional areas can be distinguished.
Freestanding bathtub at the center of the composition
The design of the washroom is primarily functional. Therefore, the location of the bath in the center of the room is like a challenge to the utilitarian idea and gives the overall concept of the interior a revolutionary touch. nine0003
Artistic wall decoration
The allocation of valuable space in a small area for relief decoration, as well as the illumination of the bath itself, are undoubtedly signs of luxury.
Combined flights
As a rule, the room has either a bath or a shower. But when both components are present and in such an amazing performance, with an unusual combination of natural material and glass, it is difficult to take your eyes off the chic interior.
Roman shower
What about the Roman shower cabin? Inspired by historical motifs in a modern design, such a structure as a kind of ancient alcove. The idea is suitable for any size rooms.
Nature is the muse of the decorator
The unexpected dressing of the bathtub and sink in reptile skin is the most striking example of the use of natural and at the same time luxurious materials, textures and colors.
Dramatic contrasts and designs
Seemingly simple ideas: spectacular lighting, paneled walls, sharp clean lines, its matte black finish. But they allow you to create a room of mood, conducive to intimacy, relaxation and reflection. nine0003
Unexpected elements
Everything that is not included in the interior of an ordinary bathroom can make it unique. For example, a ladder, or a wooden tub, or paired bath accessories and products.
Unexpected shapes and materials
The use of a bathtub carved from a giant tree trunk as a central accent will undoubtedly make the whole design of the room exclusive.
Cleverly selected accessories
Accessories often define the general character of an interior idea. A small but chic rug with a soft and pleasant texture, mirrored walls, long and heavy curtains and decorative stones make the overall entourage refined and sophisticated. nine0003
Skylights
Skylights can be an interesting feature. They will make the room bright and spacious.
Gorgeous lighting fixtures
Beautiful lighting fixtures make any room look stunning. In an ordinary bathroom, lighting plays a modest, functional role. Therefore, elegant flashlights that attract attention will delight any connoisseur.
Composite color
Variations with color always give a strong visual effect that greatly transforms the overall design and atmosphere. The use of the Wythe Blue shade ennobles the room, emphasizing the dignity and refinement of the taste of the owner of the house. nine0003
Designer bathrooms are guaranteed to leave guests with a pleasant impression of the house as a whole and cheer up the hosts. Therefore, it is worth creating for yourself such a corner of bliss in order to literally plunge into luxury.

Luxurious gray bathroomAuthor of the project, designer Sergey Volkov: “This free-standing bathtub and a pair of washbasins are located directly in the bedroom and next to the fireplace. That was the customer's idea, which we managed to realize. nine0003
“Thus, in addition to the bed, another semantic center appeared in the interior. The walls of the room are painted in a complex gray hue, concrete sinks and a cabinet under them are made according to the author's sketches. And the bathroom with a shower cabin is made in black, but in the same style.”
2. Blue room in the style of minimalism
Author of the project designer Yuriy Zimenko
Designer Yuri Zimenko, author of the project: “For a conceptual interior where color played the main role, it was decided to make the bathroom blue.” nine0003
Author of the project designer Yuriy Zimenko
“Its walls are lined with white-veined onyx, it has the shades we need and the natural pattern. Huge slabs were cut, and the seams in the stone were decorated with thin black metal inserts. This forced technique has become an expressive design element.”3. Men's bathroom interior
Architect Tatyana Khorosheva
Architect Tatyana Khorosheva: “This is the interior of the men's bathroom at the gym. We wanted to slightly reduce the brutality of the room and show that you do not need to take everything that surrounds you too seriously. Therefore, the walls of black marble were decorated with ironic paintings by the Dutchman Sasha Goldberger with comic book characters, made in the spirit of Flemish painting of the 16th century. The floor is paved with marble mosaics with a 3D effect. nine00034. Transforming bathroom
Designed by architect Nina Zaitseva: “This transformable space includes a guest bathroom and utility block, separated by a floor-to-ceiling sliding partition. Thus, the bathroom became a walk-through, a front door. On its ceiling there is a light structure made of brass sheets of different sizes. Part of the walls and the front door are lined with mirrors.
“The shower area is highlighted with blocks of white Breccia Capraia marble, on the floor there are slabs of black Silver Wave marble with a pronounced pattern. And it was decided to finish the walls and ceiling in the laundry room with potal. nine0003
5. Eco-style bathroom
Architect Anastasia Didus: “The bathrooms in this project are made in the same way. The spectacular atmosphere of the guest bathroom was created by different lighting scenarios, the use of natural wood in the decoration, glass pendants with a craquelure texture, and aged fittings.
“But the main focus was the volcanic stone bath against the backdrop of a marble wall. In the master bathroom, we created a comfortable long cabinet with two sinks and shelves, and a large mirror helped visually expand this space.” nine0003
6. Black and white interior
Designed by architect Alexander Krivitsky: “I wanted to fill the interior of this apartment with emotionality and dramaturgy due to color, textures, and tense lines. This approach has been fully implemented in the bathroom.”
“The symmetrical composition in the design of the washbasin and bath areas was created thanks to the marble walls and contrasting wallpaper inserts. There is a marble mosaic on the floor.
7. Calm beige bathroom
Architect Marina Bocharova
In the project of the architect Marina Bocharova, the theme of relaxation and tranquility is set, which is why a pacifying light-beige color scheme, diluted with black accents, was chosen. Thanks to him, the interior of the bathroom looks bright, contrasting, spectacular.8. Exquisite interior
Author of the project designer Marina Filippova
The author of the project, designer Marina Filippova: “Creating an exquisite interior filled with a collection of antiques and art objects also implies an unusual design of bathrooms.” nine0003“The central element of the master's room is a massive pink marble bath, the walls and doors to the hammam and bathroom are decorated with pink mirror and glass panels with brass inserts. The guest bathroom is designed in a more classic way, but in the same color scheme.”
9. Room in mix&match style
Project author designer Maria Cherkasova
The author of the project, designer Maria Cherkasova: “The character of the interior of the house can be described as mix & match: it mixes elements of various styles, various decor and bright colors are actively used. Bathrooms are no exception. Their walls are painted with colored paint, and in one of the rooms a painted frieze was made according to my sketches. nine0003“The floor is covered with Metlakh tiles with a spectacular pattern. Multi-coloured furniture and colorful draperies on the windows complete this cheerful interior.
