How much does The White Company delivery cost?

In the US, you can enjoy free tracked shipping on orders over $100, or you'll pay $9. 95 for delivery for orders under $100. Order will be delivered Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

In the UK, delivery is free for orders over £50, or it's £3.50 for orders under £50. All orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days on Monday–Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays).

You can also pay £7.95 for next-day delivery if you order before 7pm, or £9.95 for weekend delivery (you can specify Saturday or Sunday) if you order before 7pm on a Friday.

Is The White Company cruelty-free?

Yes, The White Company has previously confirmed that they are cruelty-free, and do not test any of their products on animals in any way.

In a statement on their website, they also revealed that they are working on making all of their products vegan by the end of 2022.

They explained, "We have banned the use of fur and rabbit. In addition, our bath and body products will all be vegan by the end of 2022."

Elaborating further on their practices, they said, "We use responsibly sourced feather and down, alongside fibers certified by the Responsible Wool Standard, The Good Cashmere Standard® and other ethical bodies, to ensure best practice is met and maintained for both the animals and farmers. All the leather, skins, down, and feathers we use are by-products of the meat industry."

3. Online sales

3.1. The terms of the "Black Friday" promotion apply only to orders placed and paid for in the period from 00:00 (Moscow time) November 25 to 23:59hours (Moscow time) November 27.

Black Friday is the day when large-scale sales begin around the world, and all shopaholics gather in shopping centers. It starts after Thanksgiving on the first Friday, which falls on November 25 this year.
