b) if he is not the legal representative of an incapacitated subject of personal data, he received the necessary consent to the processing of his personal data from such a representative before the conclusion of the contract. If an official request is sent to the Operator in the text of the request to the User or other individual whose personal data is processed by the Operator, it is necessary to indicate him: full name; the number of the main document proving the identity of the individual (the subject of personal data or his representative), information about the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority; information confirming the participation of an individual in relations with Sheremetyevo VIP LLC or information otherwise confirming the fact that Sheremetyevo VIP LLC processes the personal data of this individual, the signature of the personal data subject (or his legal representative).

If the request is sent electronically, then it must be executed in the form of an electronic document and signed with an electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The operator undertakes to immediately stop processing the personal data of the subject of personal data from the moment of receiving a written application (review) from him (his legal representative) and, if the storage of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing personal data, to destroy them on time and on the terms, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.6. In the event that the purpose of processing personal data is achieved or the need to achieve the purpose of processing personal data is lost, the Operator undertakes to stop processing personal data and destroy them within the time period and under the conditions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.7. In the event that the subject of personal data (or his representative) withdraws his consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Art. 6, part 2, art. 10 and part 2 of Art. 11 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data".

5. Obligations of the parties

5.1. The user undertakes:
5.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary to use the Site.
5.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

5.2. The operator undertakes:
5.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3. To carry out blocking of personal data relating to the relevant subject of personal data, from the moment of the request or request of the subject of personal data or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

6. Liability of the parties

6.1. The Operator is responsible for the deliberate disclosure of personal data obtained through the Site in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.

6.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator is not liable if this confidential information:
6.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.
6.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Operator.
6.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the subject of personal data.
6.2.4. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the files of the Site.

6.3. The user is responsible for the legitimacy, correctness and truthfulness of the personal data provided in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
