Everyone’s had that moment: You walk into a shop, a hotel or someone’s home, and you’re immediately taken by the aroma of it. Your mind becomes singularly focused on finding out what that smell is—and maybe where you can buy it. Finding a stop-you-in-your-tracks kind of scent, whether a candle, mist or oil, can be a challenge. We spoke with experts of all kinds—interior designers, perfumers and even neuroscientists—to get their recommendations for finding the most captivating home fragrances.
Elegant spray
Thymes
Gold Leaf Home Fragrance Mist
$22 at Thymes
Global Fragrance Expert Marian Bendeth discovered the Gold Leaf Home Fragrance Mist a few years ago when it was wafting in the air of a small vintage boutique. The blend is filled with pops of jasmine, rose, hyacinth, lily of the valley and oak moss, which gives it a romantic garden vibe (think TV’s “Bridgerton”). “It reminds me of an English country garden on a warm summer day,” she says.
Sea-inspired diffuser
Maison Berger
Cube Reed Diffuser Ocean Breeze
$25 at Maison Berger
Diffusers may be the easiest way to fill a space with a gorgeous smell. You simply set them and forget them, though arguably this Ocean Breeze Reed Diffuser by Maison Berger is hard to forget. It has a bit of the marine scent you’d expect (called Calone, in case you were curious), and also packs notes of rose, black currant and white musk. Bendeth loves the base notes of wood and amber that give a space “a serene, beach vibe.”
Light and bright candle
JO MALONE
Orange Blossom Home Candle
$75 at Jo Malone
$75 at Saks Fifth Avenue
If you’re looking for a candle to use every day at home, this is one you won’t burn out on.
The Orange Blossom Home Candle smells so good that it became scent expert Olivia Jezler‘s signature candle for six years. With light citrus notes and heartier florals, it reminds Jezler of her childhood spent in Thailand, falling asleep next to jasmine flowers. “It’s a light, feminine, fresh and clean scent that can brighten up any room,” she says.
Warming whiff
Aera
Moondance Fragrance
$60 at Aera
$60 at Amazon
Refillable fragrance diffusers are popping up everywhere, and it’s easy to see why. With just a quick swap of a cartridge, you can change the vibe of your entire space. This Moondance scent is characterized by amber, vanilla, tonka (a sweet, woody bean) as well as finishing notes of bergamot, iris and honeysuckle. Rich and inviting, it became a staple in Jezler’s home during the pandemic. Note: It must be used with the Aera Diffuser, which you can control manually or with an app. She suggests using it to warm up a room during the winter or to add a touch of invisible sophistication to a space.
Smoky burn
D.S. & DURGA
Portable Fireplace Scented Candle
$65 at Neiman Marcus
$65 at Amazon
In a dream world, every one of us would have a home or an apartment with a working fireplace. If you don’t have one, designer Tariq Dixon, co-founder of TRNK Studio has a quick fix to get that iconic smell. D.S. & Druga’s Portable Fireplace candle nails the nostalgia factor with hints of cedar, birch, oak and smoke. “It’s hard to replicate the fireplace’s warmth and embrace, but this candle is a very respectable interpretation,” Dixon says.
Instantly recognizable oil
PURA
Capri Blue Pura Device Bundle
$75+ at The Container Store
$84 at Amazon
Capri Blue’s Volcano fragrance is iconic. It’s used in Anthropologie stores (yes, that scent) and it’s one of those smells you can recognize the second it meets your nose—a delicious mixture of tropical fruit and sugary sweetness. It’s one of neuroscientist and author Rachel Herz‘s favorite scents to use in her Pura—a smart diffuser that allows a user to control the intensity of a smell and put it on a timer.
Calming cult favorite
LE LABO
Palo Santo 14 Scented Candle
$82 at Nordstrom
$82 at Saks Fifth Avenue
Le Labo launched in 2006 and continues to be a darling of celebrities and tastemakers, especially their versatile, complex Santal scent. This Palo Santo candle is a bit stronger and smokier, carrying the aroma of the namesake South American tree, but adding cedarwood and patchouli to soften it. Palo Santo is believed to reduce stress, and that’s exactly why interior designer and licensed therapist Anita Yakota favors it. “It stimulates my olfactory system, which tells my brain to relax and calm,” she says. “I put it wherever I need to get rid of negative energy.”
Library-inspired scent
Byredo
Bibliothèque Candle
$45+ at Nordstrom
$45 at Ssense
Scent and memory are strongly linked, notes Yakota: “Candles are a beautiful home therapy tool to stimulate our senses at home and build core memories—without our rooms smelling like a candy store,” she says. Many home scents capitalize on this, using fragrance to remind you of freshly-baked cookies or a spring garden. But this Bibliotheque candle is inspired by the best smells of a library. The base of the candle is a mixture of birch woods, patchouli and vanilla with hints of leather accord and plum. A sophisticated crowd pleaser, it also makes a great gift for the woman who has everything or a book lover.
Romantic choice
D.
S. & DURGATuberose Myrrhder
$65 at Neiman Marcus
$65 at Violet Grey
Read the glowing review of this sensual scent by author and former New York Times scent columnist, Chandler Burr, and it’s hard not to toss this in your shopping cart. He describes this scent as perfectly balanced with a beautiful burn, and says it “diffuses like a dream.” Tuberose Myrrhder is a complex concoction that leans heavily on Tuberose, a powerful tropical scent, but also weaves in Ethiopian myrrh (smoky and sweet), black currant, cacao and Madagascar vanilla. It’s a candle you might want to save for your bedroom or den.
Green state
NEST NEW YORK
Bamboo Reed Diffuser
$58 at Nest
$58 at Nordstrom
Nature-y scents are popular for room freshening for obvious reasons, and this earthy fragrance is a prime example—smelling almost better than any fresh field could possibly smell. The Bamboo Reed Diffuser contains concentrated oil and rattan reeds in a glass bottle so pretty it could hold French perfume. It’s perfect for a powder room, where it looks right at home among apothecary bottles. “The scent is a brilliant creation of a natural green (leaves, young grass shoots) that doesn’t actually exist,” Burr says.
Fruit and nicely priced
MAINSTAYS
Juicy Watermelon Scented 3-Wick Candle
$3 at Walmart
This happy, summery scent comes at an incredible price: At under $5, this Mainstays candle in Juicy Watermelon offers a lot for your buck, and is a favorite of perfumer Kimberly Walker. “It’s a girlie, juicy, sweet blend that reminds me of a strawberry daiquiri,” she says. The three-wick design allows the sweet, tropical fruit odor to permeate quickly.
Boutique-hotel vibe
HOTEL EMMA
Recuerdos Tin Candle
$38 at The Hotel Emma
When perfume podcaster Emma Vernon grabbed a drink at San Antonio’s Hotel Emma a few years back, she was immediately struck by how much she loved the hotel’s signature scent: Recuardos. “It’s smoky and woody in a more palo santo, desert type of way,” she says. “It goes with the hotel—the décor is rustic and eclectic, with Spanish colonial and midcentury influences,” Vernon says, so you may enjoy it if your home décor checks any of those boxes.
Japanese staple
AMAYORI
Hinoki Onsen Essential Oil
$50 at Konmari
Two of our experts recommended this scent as their end-all, be-all. “I just returned from a phenomenal work trip in Asia and one of my favorite smells in Japan, not too well known in the U.S., is hinoki wood,” says interior designer Jarret Yoshida. Its clean, natural smell is “just like the traditional Japanese aesthetic,” Yoshida notes, adding that “hinoki is a mainstay of the kodo ceremony,” which translates as the “way of incense.” Jarrett likes using a few drops of the Hinoki Onsen Essential Oil on this simple stone diffuser.
Natural beauty
GOOP BEAUTY
Scented Candle: Edition 04 Orchard
$72 at Goop
When CEO Sara Panton isn’t using the products she helps develop for her air-care brand, Vitruvi, she turns to Goop. “I’ve worked with Goop for years and I am endlessly inspired by their commitment to sophisticated and complex aromas,” she says. The Edition 04- Orchard is her favorite, and is dominated by a mixture of apricot and sun-bleached hay. It also has a lengthy 65 hours of burn time.
Workout buddy
Basik Candle
No.1 Grapefruit and Mangosteen
$38 at Basik
“This is an everyday candle that I love to burn when I work out,” interior designer Kristen Pena says of the Basik Candle, which she came across at her favorite San Francisco shop, Super Simple. “It’s fruitier, which feels nice when you’re moving your body.” The bouquet of grapefruit, pomelo, peach blossom and green tea notes brings an instant burst of energy to any space.
High-fashion fragrance
COMMES DES GARCONS X MONOCLE
Scented Candle One: Hinoki
$85 at FWRD
$85 at Ssense
The Monocle 01 Hinoki Candle looks high fashion, which makes sense, since it’s co-produced by French fashion brand Commes des Garçons and British magazine Monocle. It’s more than just a pretty face, though. Saskia Wilson-Brown, founder of the Institute for Art and Olfaction, says, “It smells like a spring morning in the woods of Japan,” noting its pine, cypress, vetiver and Treemoss aroma.

13 Best Room Fresheners 2022 to Aromatically Elevate Your Home
We love a great candle as much as anyone else, but if you're not a fan of open flames — or tend to forget about them — the best room fresheners are the perfect fireless deodorizers for your home. Whether you're looking for an affordable, under-$10 (or even an under-$5) pick, or want to aromatically spruce up your place with a unique, luxury home fragrance, our staff has got you covered with our tried-and-true picks. There's even an Allure Best of Beauty winner thrown into the mix that we bet you'll love as much as we do.
Considering the fact that hoards of reed diffusers and room sprays land on our desks on a daily basis, the Allure team has definitely learned a thing or two about sniffing out the best scents. Just like fragrances for your body, everyone has a unique olfactory taste (and budget), so our team has rounded up an array of fruity, floral, and crisp hints of clean linen to fill your home with.
Unpleasant odors are a thing of the past, thanks to the best air fresheners that Allure editors are currently loving. Below, take a look (or, rather, a whiff) at our favorite diffusers, oil warmers, and room sprays.
Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Lavender Room Freshener Spray
Love the fresh scent of floral lavender? Then pick up Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Lavender Room Freshener Spray, an under-$10 spray air freshener that has a stamp of approval from our very own editor in chief, Jessica Cruel. This non-aerosol spray bottle has a lovely floral-herbal scent that's powered by, you guessed it, lavender essential oil.
The Laundress Home Spray
When Allure associate digital beauty director Sarah Kinonen wants to tackle bad odors in her home, she reaches for The Laundress's Home Spray. It's one of Kinonen's favorites for its revitalizing blend of florals and herbs like bergamot, thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, and ylang-ylang.
Glade Plug-Ins Scented Oil Air Freshener Warmer
Forget expensive candles and pricey essential oil diffusers, because Glade's Plug-Ins Scented Oil Air Freshener Warmer will transform your living area into an aromatic dreamscape for less than $10. Once you connect it to an outlet, this plug-in air freshener starts automatically and its intensity can easily be adjusted by a quick turn of its control dial.
This particular starter set comes with one refill of the brand's Aqua Waves scent, which contains an aromatic blend of florals like jasmine, lilac, hyacinth, iris, and osmanthus that are paired with crisp water and fruity mandarin.
Nest New York Wild Mint & Eucalyptus Reed Diffuser
Our team loves Nest New York's Wild Mint & Eucalyptus Reed Diffuser so much that we just had to give it an Allure Best of Beauty Award for its incredible scent. This oil-based aroma blend fills large and small spaces alike with invigorating notes of mint, eucalyptus, sage, basil, and ginger, so your home can smell like a five-star spa at all times.
Febreze Odor Eliminating Air Freshener Room Spray
You're probably familiar with Febreze's Odor Eliminating Air Freshener Room Spray in some capacity — after all it's a household staple for a reason. The Febreze air freshener makes your home smell like freshly-washed laundry, thanks to its notes of crisp linen. Like every air freshener on this list, this spray is also free of red-flag ingredients like phthalates and formaldehyde.
Home-Pourri Air + Fabric Multi-Purpose Odor Eliminator
We love that Home-Pourri's Air + Fabric Multi-Purpose Odor Eliminator can be sprayed onto just about everything that needs an aromatic refresh but can't fit in the washing machine (hello, living room couch cushions). Pet odors and stubborn post-cooking scents are no match for this spray because it doesn't just mask smells but neutralizes them at the molecular level with its essential oil-based, proprietary Funk Lock Technology. What's more, this spray revitalizes your home with any of its three scents to choose from, like the fresh Air blend that features floral jasmine and fresh mint, as seen above.
Brooklinen Bright Idea Room Spray
Allure senior commerce writer Angela Trakoshis is currently loving Brooklinen's Bright Idea Room Spray. This delightful spray fills the air with a three-note mix of spicy cardamom, floral geranium, and grassy vetiver to aromatically soothe your senses.
Air Wick Scented Oil Air Freshener Warmer
Don't want to worry about stocking up on aromatherapy essentials for 60 days? Then grab Air Wick's Scented Oil Air Freshener Warmer, a $4 buy that only needs to be refilled bi-monthly when used on its lowest setting. This nifty device is one of the best plug-ins for its automatic spray feature that delicately spurts a stream of scented oil vapor. Its scent intensity can be controlled by turning its easy-to-use dial and, as an added bonus, this device also comes with a refill of its clean linen scent.
Vitruvi Cold Plunge Natural Air Freshener Spray
Vitruvi's essential oil diffusers are gorgeous, but if you'd like to save some counter space, the brand's Cold Plunge Natural Air Freshener Spray is a great alternative. Each and every spritz of this essential oil-based spray douses your space with a blend of awakening eucalyptus and juicy grapefruit.
Saje Fresh Air Revitalizing Room Spray
Saje's Fresh Air Revitalizing Room Spray is like an olfactory equivalent of an energy drink. Its blend of fresh pine, zesty lemon, and herbaceous tea tree oil (a popular skin-care ingredient, by the way) will awaken your senses in just a few sniffs.
Pura X Nest New York Smart Home Fragrance Diffuser
As its name suggests, the Pura X Nest New York Smart Home Fragrance Diffuser is not your average automatic air freshener. What makes Pura's device so unique is its ability to connect to an app via Bluetooth to adjust all of its settings, including aroma intensity and diffusion time, in just a few clicks. It's also worth noting that this device dispurses its scented vapor at up to 1,000 square feet and holds two vials at a time, with each lasting up to 700 hours.
Fragrance, aesthetics, fashion: choosing the best diffusers of 2022-2023
If you bought into the once thrown rumor that diffusers are needed only as an air freshener in the toilet, we hasten to assure you - you are deeply mistaken. In fact, this is a whole world of aromas that can relieve you of stress and tension, set the right atmosphere and even improve immunity. How to choose your diffuser, we understand the article.
There are different diffusers: electric and independent
Open your notebooks, now there will be a theory. If upon closer inspection you see something in common between diffusers and fans, then this is quite understandable. The diffuser has the following heating principle : a powerful jet of air directionally blows off the essential oil, spraying it into the space .
Independent diffusers cannot boast of such pressure, but they are simpler. The intensity of the scent sprayed here is controlled by the number of sticks placed in a glass or ceramic vessel. Moreover, sticks are not just brushwood from the forest, but quite a civil means, with which the fragrance is distributed. You can buy them together with a diffuser in a couple of clicks - and you don't have to go to the forest.
What kind of liquid is used in diffusers?
There are two fluids, one oil based and one alcohol based. The aroma in the first case will be soft and unobtrusive, the evaporation will flow more slowly, so this liquid will last about eight weeks. The second option is much richer in smell, but the evaporation of alcohol will be more intense.
Which liquid you choose also determines which sticks to buy. For example, reed is suitable for alcohol base, and fiberglass is suitable for oil.
Choose yours
You don't have to have exceptional taste buds or be an aromatic sommelier to find just the right scent for you. However, can make your search a lot easier if you know the rules of .
Most often, fragrances are selected based on what is the purpose of the owners of the apartment . This rule is not the strictest law and is purely advisory in nature, however, is often used by interior designers.
- For example, to go through life in high spirits, it is better to choose citrus scents: lemon, orange, tangerine, etc., as well as sandalwood. Try aroma diffuser based on natural oils Lemongrass & Bergamot and Peach Prosecco.
- Lemon is also suitable for preventing colds. Together with spruce and eucalyptus, he will surround you with care and will not allow any virus to reach the owners. After discovering the NEW YEAR fragrance, protecting your health during the cold seasons has become much more pleasant.
- If the child is unable to concentrate on the lessons, place an orange or rosemary diffuser next to him . They will help focus even on complex physics.
- And when you're having trouble sleeping, is nothing like the classic soothing scent of lavender .
- In case comfort is lost, try cinnamon, vanilla and berries . The only thing missing is a blanket and cocoa with marshmallows.
- Looking for freshness? Please! Reach out to ginger, mint and the conifer family in the FOREST Aroma Diffuser.
It is important not to choose too sweet, cloying aromas in the apartment. Headache, pressure and even allergies in this case can interfere with rest. If you are afraid to make a mistake, , you should first try a scented candle with a similar scent to , and then move on to a diffuser.
Instructions for use
Of course, there is none, but there is something else - the rules. For example, before using the diffuser, it is important to ventilate the room well. So will be able to recognize the smell without any additions of .
One of the biggest advantages of a diffuser over candles is that you don't have to keep an eye on it. Just leave it anywhere in the apartment and you can no longer remember. But it is important to know that0003 direct sunlight will increase the rate of oil evaporation. But it will smell more clearly!
Catch the life hack - the more sticks you put in the vessel, the more intense the aroma of will be. Start with four - you can always add later, after three or four hours, when the aroma is completely distributed over the space.
If you are tired of the fragrance or you are leaving for a long time, take the sticks out of the container and close the lid.
Out of fluid? Pour a new one into a container washed with soap and replace the sticks. By the way, there are needs to be changed once every four weeks . Well, or at least just turn the sticks over ... Just don't get carried away: such manual dexterity accelerates the evaporation of oil from the vessel.
Sticks are always sold in packs of , so don't look for retailers all over the city.
Particularly thrifty owners reuse them, but do not abuse it: you can give a second life to sticks only once . Very, very used sticks can be put in a closet, in linen or clothes. The light fragrance will still be absorbed into the fabric.
If the room is large, choose a diffuser with the appropriate volume.
Keep children and pets out of reach of the diffuser.
Diffuser room
We have already found out that the bowl with bamboo sticks is placed not only in the toilet . Where in other rooms to place the diffuser?
Entrance hall
Always it's nice to come back to a delicious smelling house , isn't it? The main task is to choose a place where the diffuser and sticks will not touch the sleeves and floors of outerwear.
Aroma diffuser CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ 50 ml
2000 ₽
Bedroom
Place the Citrus Diffuser on your bedside table to cheer up in the morning. Are you sleeping badly? Do the same but with lavender. It is important to choose such a surface, with which the diffuser will not fall and slide down . The diffuser can discolor wooden furniture, so place it on a wooden stand.
Bathroom
Here you can arrange a real spa! Just put the diffuser on the shelf and enjoy.
What about health?
We have dealt with the use of the diffuser, but perhaps you have one last question. How harmful is it to use this product in an apartment? Here the quality of the product plays an important role. Buy only from trusted manufacturers. Pay special attention to essential oils, they must be natural.
You can buy oil and sticks anywhere, but not every seller is ready to be responsible for their product. The risks of inhaling low-quality oil and earning yourself an unnecessary sore in this case are quite high, especially for children whose mucous membranes are still very tender. Therefore, it is better to buy from those whom you trust.
These can be marketplaces or showrooms with a good reputation and without "dark spots" in their biography. Candellabra takes responsibility for all products presented on the website. Here you will not find fake diffuser sticks or oils with harmful impurities in the composition.
Save it so you don't forget
1. Diffusers are available in electric and independent versions. The first one needs a network, and the second one needs a pretty jar.
2. When thinking about choosing a fragrance, is guided by what you are choosing scent for. Just don't choose too sweet.
3. Remember to calculate the area of the room before choosing the diffuser size.
4. Be sure to ventilate the room before installing the diffuser and place it on a level surface.
Thank you for reading the article to the end. Find the most fashionable fragrances of 2022-2023 here .
And if you want to start your own decor business, do it with the CANDELLABRA HOME franchise. We will be glad to new ideological partners!
What is the best aroma diffuser for the home - with rattan or fiberglass sticks

- What is the best aroma diffuser for the home - with rattan or fiberglass sticks
An aroma diffuser is the best way to make your home smell beautiful. Whether it's a hallway where an unpleasant smell comes from the entrance, a toilet or a bathroom that you want to turn into a tropical paradise for a SPA holiday, aroma diffusers with sticks will create the environment you dream of. The sticks absorb the fragrance emulsion and disperse the fragrance into the air. They work until all the liquid has evaporated. Interior perfumes are good in places where a pleasant smell should always reign: in the foyer, at the reception desks, lobby, hallway, living room, bathroom or closet. You can use the stick diffuser in your dressing room and even in your garage.
Aroma diffusers are interior perfumes consisting of a bottle with aroma liquid and sticks that absorb it and then distribute it around the surrounding space. An excellent alternative to scented candles in terms of safety. Even if a pet or child knocks over a bottle of perfume, it will not harm anyone. Aroma diffuser can be safely left at home when you go on vacation. Upon your return, your apartment will greet you with a beautiful aroma. Also aroma diffusers are better than aerosols. When using them, dispersed particles float in the air and irritate the mucous membranes, causing sneezing, and sometimes allergic reactions. With interior perfumes, you simply enjoy the smell. In addition, you can change the intensity of the aroma by removing or adding reeds. Aroma diffusers with sticks are safe for offices, medical and educational institutions, as well as home use.
Which sticks are best for aroma diffuser
You can buy interior perfumes or aromatic diffusers with three types of sticks: bamboo, rattan (cane) or fiberglass. Let's see which of them are the best and most effective.
Aroma Diffuser Fiber Sticks are man-made and therefore boast an impeccable texture. They have the same pores and ideal size, so they are evenly saturated with essence and rise up at a constant speed. As a result - a uniform distribution of the aroma composition throughout the room. Fiber is not afraid of thick oily textures, and therefore works effectively in tandem with water-based, oil-based and alcohol-based essences. Unlike their main competitors, bamboo and cane, synthetic products come in different sizes and are presented in a wide range of colors.
One of the main advantages of fiber sticks is compatibility with all water, alcohol and oil based fragrances. As well as uniform dispersion of odor due to the well-thought-out structure. They do not need to be turned over often, so the interior perfume evaporates more slowly. Fiber sticks do not clog and last longer than natural rattan sticks. Provides a stronger scent over longer distances.
Aroma diffusers with fiber sticks are presented in the collections of Ladecor and New Galaxy brands. Aroma diffusers Ladecor use aromatic essences from America, France and Germany. Depending on the situation, one bottle of 50 ml works for 4 weeks. 120 ml is enough for 8-10 weeks.

Which aroma diffuser sticks are better - rattan or bamboo? This is definitely the first option, since bamboo has a completely inappropriate structure. The "knots" on the outside of the plant block the flow of fluid from one part of the bamboo to another. Bamboo sticks are too hard to use for aroma diffusers.

Rattan, or as it is also called reed or reed, is quite another matter. Thanks to numerous pores, the hollow material perfectly absorbs and distributes aromatic essences. This is an environmentally friendly and absolutely safe material. But it also has some minor flaws. When reeds are used for a long time, their pores become clogged with oils and dust, which reduces their efficiency. Due to this feature of the natural material, they require more frequent turning and replacement (every month).
Each rattan reed, 2.75-3 mm in diameter, contains about 20 microscopic channels. Due to the porous structure, the rattan instantly absorbs the aromatic liquid, which naturally moves from bottom to top, and then releases the aroma into the air. Reed or rattan sticks are "eco friendly" material that is harmless to the environment. The aroma liquid evaporates, the rattan decomposes naturally, and you use the glass bottle countless times.

Tips on how to use the aroma diffuser with sticks
#1. Remove the cap and protective foil from the vial and insert the required number of sticks. To get a faint subtle aroma, use 2-3 sticks. For an intense smell, you need 6-8 reeds.
#2. Install interior perfumes in places with good air circulation and heavy household traffic - in the corridor, living room or hallway. Another good place is next to the front door to the room. As soon as you open the door, you will immediately smell a pleasant smell. A stick diffuser is like a bouquet of your favorite flowers. You will always feel this wonderful smell when you pass by.
#3. When it seems that the aroma diffuser has lost its original strength of smell, simply turn the reeds over. You can do this every day or a couple of times a week. However, keep in mind: the more often you turn the sticks over, the faster the aroma essence evaporates.
#4. When you go on vacation, turn over all the reeds so that when you return you will be greeted with a charming aroma, and not the smell of a stuffy apartment that has not been aired for a week.
#5. Choose an aroma diffuser of the right size for the size of each room. Keep in mind: the larger the bottle, the stronger the smell. Overall bottles with aromatic essence are best used in large rooms, and volumes of 30 and 50 ml in small ones.
#6. Never add a new essence to an old one. First use the fragrance liquid completely, wash and dry the bottle, and then fill it with new fragrance oil. Along with the essence, also change the sticks, which tend to clog, gather dust and, therefore, lose effectiveness.
