Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s Home – Full House Tour

You probably have heard that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s home is currently for sale but have you seen the full house tour yet? Some magazines and many websites have shared this news but I have asked Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s personal interior designer, Joan Behnke & Associates, to share their home and I am happy to be sharing here, on Home Bunch, many rooms that haven’t been shared in the listing.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are a couple that I honestly admire. It’s easy to see how much they love each other and their children. Gisele is a present mother and she is very close to her family, which is not always easy to do when you live in a different country.

When it comes to real estate, the “Chestnut Hill Estate” is the couple’s second custom-built home. Their first home was a massive 18,298-square-foot Brentwood, California home that was sold in 2014, just before they moved to their newly-built Boston home. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen also own a 5,000-square-foot, five-bedroom condo in New York.

Currently for sale for $39.5 million, this home truly goes beyond expectations but doesn’t feel overwhelming. Regardless of its huge price tag and expansive size, this place feels like a real home thanks to the many warm textures and colors suggested by the interior designer.

I hope you not only see this home as a “celebrity” home, but also as a home where a family that loves each other lived and made many beautiful memories inside.

May you feel inspired…

The 9,716-square-foot Brookline, Massachusetts home was built in 2015 and designed by architect Richard Landry, AIA, of Landry Design Group.

The home features a pool with spa, wine room, gym, spa, kids playroom and even an organic vegetable/herb garden.

The exterior of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s home features a combination of brick, white siding, slate roof and copper accents. I am loving the weather vane on the cupola.

Price Per Sq Ft: $3,261

You’re embraced by an inviting feel the moment you open the front door, and you certainly can feel that this home was designed with family life in mind.

All furniture and lighting were custom designed for this property.

The main floor features wide plank White Oak hardwood floors, off-white walls and a grand staircase with Quarter Sawn railings, spindles and balusters.

Similar Mirror: here.

The main foyer leads to the living room, dining room, home office, kitchen and to the family room.

The formal living room feels collected and balanced. I love the neutral color scheme.

The fireplace is flanked by black custom cabinets. Notice the gorgeous black steel doors leading to an outdoor area.

If you’ve read the blog for awhile you know how much I love dining rooms with round dining tables. I feel that they bring people together and create a more positive energy.

This dining room is located between the living room and kitchen. Pocked doors can be closed to bring some privacy to this space.

This kitchen has been a favorite of mine for a while. Gisele has shared many pictures on her Instagram of the kids, herself and Tom, cooking, eating and spending quality time together in this stunning kitchen.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, beams and a large island with a farmhouse sink and vertical planks stained in a greywashed color. The hutch-looking upper cabinets are open with shelves and beadboard back.

The backsplash and countertops are white marble slab. Counter edge profile is mitered.

French range is “La Cornue Chateau Grand Palais 180 – G 48 in Brilliant Black” – similar here.

The kitchen opens to a breakfast room with a conservatory-style roof, whitewashed brick accent wall, built-in hutch with wire mesh doors and a lovely view of the garden and golf course.

The Family Room features a whitewashed brick wall with a fireplace and beamed vaulted ceilings. This is where Gisele and the kids used to watch Tom’s games when the team was playing out of town. 🙂

This home office feels very elegant and classic. Notice the window seats and the fireplace with T&G paneling. By the way, isn’t that chandelier a show-stopper?!

This powder room features a custom “tree stump” basin with copper vessel sink and antiqued mirror accent wall.

The stairwell leads to five bedrooms on the second floor.

Featuring vaulted ceiling with Tongue and Groove paneling and a reclaimed beam, Tom and Gisele’s bedroom was kept simple and plush.

Well… if Tom and Gisele can have a TV in their bedroom, why can’t the rest of us have it as well? 😉

The master bedroom opens to a private balcony.

This is one of my favorite rooms of this house. It feels so romantic! Notice the arched French doors opening to a balcony and the marble-framed fireplace. The fireplace was strategically placed higher so you can see the flames when inside of the bathtub. Above, you see a stunning picture of Gisele Bundchen expecting one of her children.

Beautiful architectural details and a vintage Murano chandelier set this guest bedroom apart.

Similar Chandelier: here.

Lower level includes a media room, recreation room, kids play room, full bath, wine room, gym and a fully-equipped spa. I honestly wouldn’t mind having a spa like this at home… In fact, I feel a little more zen just looking at it! 🙂

The spa opens to a private courtyard.

This bathroom carries a neutral color scheme. Countertop and sink are Limestone .

How stunning is this home theater?! The space features a huge u-shaped sectional sofa, tan walls and reclaimed beams on a tray ceiling.

Home Overall Details: 5 Bedrooms – 7 Bathroom – 5.24 Acreage – 2015 Year Built.

This home exudes charm and beauty in a very tasteful way.

Set on five acreages, this home offers plenty of outdoor space and privacy.

If there’s a place in this home that is all “Gisele”, this is it! This is where this gaúcha girl did her yoga and spent many hours writing her book.

The barn-style guest house features a yoga studio, full bath and a sleeping loft.

Size: 2400 sq. ft.

Retractable patio doors open to the garden, making this entire space feel open and connected to nature.

Gisele recently gave an interview to Vogue about her book, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, and this is what she had to say about the guest house: “This is my sanctuary where I spend most of my time”.

I love the feel of this space… it’s quiet and peaceful.

I don’t think anyone can argue about Gisele’s beauty but maybe only a few knew about her inner beauty until she published her latest book. What I think most of us discovered is the fact that her special Light has helped many and will continue to do so because she decided to open her heart about her life and some struggles she went through.

This home features a 3-car garage, a porte-cochère and circular driveway, which holds up to 20 vehicles…. just in case you want to have a small party at home. 🙂

I honestly hope that this beautiful family can find or create a home where they can be as happy and healthy as they were in this place and may the new homeowners feel how blessed this place truly is.

Many thanks to the interior designer for sharing the photos above!

Inside Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Extensive Real Estate Portfolio | Architectural Digest

After tying the knot, Brady and Bündchen moved to Brentwood, California, renting a home and eventually buying the land next door. They hired architect Richard Landry and interior designer Joan Behnke to build a sprawling, eco-conscious mansion to the tune of $11.75 million. Unique features of the 18,298-square-foot pad included two huge solar panels that supplied energy throughout the property, a moat and bridge at the entrance, and a swimming pool out back shaped to resemble a natural lake. The couple used reclaimed materials for the interior of the home and leaned into the idea of being “as sustainable as possible,” they told AD in 2013. They later sold their sanctuary to none other than Dr. Dre for a whopping $40 million in 2014.

2014

Brady and Bündchen teamed up with Landry once more when they decided to build a similarly luxurious home in the Brookline suburb of Boston. The pair paid $4.5 million for the 5-acre property and then worked with Landry to custom-build a sprawling 12,112-square-foot mansion, complete with yoga studio, wine room, play room, gym, and a 2,400-square-foot guest house that Bündchen called her sanctuary during a tour with Vogue. “Why do I live here? It’s called love,” Bündchen said in the interview, joking about how she deals with the cold in New England. “I love my husband… Cold is not my flavor. I’m Brazilian. I’d rather live barefoot in a hut in the middle of the forest somewhere.” The supermodel got her wish—sort of—in early 2020 when Brady was traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They put their Brookline home on the market and ultimately sold it for a reported $32.5 million that Christmas Eve.

Around the same time they purchased property in Boston, the couple also put down $11.7 million for a Peter Marino–designed condo in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan. Located on the 48th floor of the luxury building, the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit boasted 360-degree views of the city, with floor-to-ceiling windows all throughout the pad. The home was something of a mansion in the sky, with a large living room, an open kitchen, a large den, and a main suite with a floating marble tub. Brady and Bündchen didn’t stay long, however. They listed the condo for $17.25 million in 2016 and ended up cutting the asking price down until they finally had it listed for $13.95 million in 2018. It sold shortly after that for an undisclosed price.

2017

In addition to owning homes on both coasts, the two superstars are also reportedly members of the Yellowstone Club in Montana, an exclusive resort community known for skiing, mountain biking, mountain climbing, and golf. To be a member of the club, you must own property within a certain parameter. The exclusivity comes from both the price of the homes themselves—which range from $2.5 million to $25 million—and the fact that membership is capped at 862 households. Membership reportedly starts at $300,000, with annual fees of $37,500. Brady and Bündchen reportedly purchased a home there in 2017, but little is known about how much they spent. Other celebs who own residences there include Bill and Melinda Gates, and Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake. They likely still own this home.

Tour of the mansion, which is currently on sale for fifty million.

Top model Gisele Bundchen and American football star Tom Brady are selling their California mansion, which took four years to rebuild. The asking price is fifty million dollars. For this "modest" amount, the buyer will receive a house that resembles a palace from a bird's eye view (the building stretches as much as twenty thousand square meters), a ready-made pool, garden and vegetable garden, as well as good neighbors (ex-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and gloss queen Heidi Klum , for example). Would you like to take a look and take a look? nine0003

The family of Giselle and Tom so far consists of only four people: the star spouses have a four-year-old son Benjamin and a daughter Vivian Lake, who is one and a half years old. Plus, six-year-old John, Brady's son from actress Bridget Moynahan, often visits the house: the athlete has already managed to check in on the Hollywood Hills.

Bundchen and Brady bought the land for the mansion back in 2008: both of them liked the picturesque corner in the town of Brentwood on the very coast so much that the couple laid out eleven million dollars for the future family nest without blinking an eye - not so much for their own paradise on earth. And then she forked out another twenty million, which was required in order to grow a house under the dazzling California sun for centuries. “We expect that we, our children, and then their children will live here,” the head of the family, Tom, dreamily adds. Therefore, they were built thoroughly: only the sketches, for which the owners sat down together with architect Richard Landry and designer Joan Benke, took several months. “During this time, we have become a real team, because in life - like in sports: the result depends on the right people in the right place, who understand that this is their common cause,” says Brady. “Richard and Joan immediately realized: we need a big cozy house, not a piece of design art.” nine0003

But the art of living in harmony with nature is very important for Brady and Bundchen. Both are green all over, and Giselle is also a UN Goodwill Ambassador for the Environment. In general, the environmental issue was an edge: either we build in such a way that nature does not suffer, or we don’t even start. Thus, countless solar panels and energy-saving appliances appeared in the house, as well as special waste recycling and rainwater regeneration systems.

In addition, old building materials that have undergone restoration were used in the arrangement. An old friend of the couple, some enterprising gentleman from Belgium, dragged into the house ancient beams and floorboards, restored ceramic tiles and old doors and mantels that had already served someone. Brand new, brand new house with eight bedrooms was actually born from a pile of garbage. But the owners are happy: “It turned out to be a charming French chateau on the Pacific coast. Colorful, but not pompous. nine0003

The resemblance to a medieval European estate is given to the mansion by a covered gallery that connects the two wings of the house, and a pool made in the shape of a curved lagoon with wooden walkways. “In the light of night lights, it looks much more like a natural reservoir than an ordinary pool, of which there are a dime a dozen in California,” Giselle is overjoyed.

But the top model's favorite corner is the garden, where apple and pear trees bloom in spring, and the garden, where the long-legged beauty weeds cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots in her free time from fashion shoots. And what? America's First Lady Michelle Obama does the same right outside the White House, practically on the famous lawn. nine0003

Bundchen also grows weed. Do not think anything bad - for a family dinner there is always a bunch of fresh parsley, dill or celery.

Another tribute to the eco-friendly lifestyle is the chicken coop. “If it continues like this, we will soon have a real farm. Now, for complete happiness, all I need is a cow, ”Giselle jokes, sitting comfortably on a sofa covered with beige Belgian linen.

In the interior, the queen of the catwalk has opted for neutral shades and unpretentious, but beautiful materials: the rooms are full of old leather, wicker furniture, shiny silk and soft velvet. nine0003

The only hint of the glamorous profession of the hostess of modest rooms was a crystal chandelier in the dressing room - by the way, the designer and the customer went to Paris to pick it up. Well, and dozens of shelves with designer shoes: a desperate housewife still sometimes has to leave her cozy paradise to sign another contract for a couple of million.
