1

The Classic Pool Party

View full post on Instagram

Here's the plan: Rent an Airbnb for the night, and make sure the space is equipped with a pool. (Spoiler: This will probably have to be a more chill gathering with close-knit friends, bc many Airbnb hosts notoriously do *not* let you throw ragers these days.) Buy all of the pool floats, including a giant disco ball, and even some lil ones that let your drink float around with you. Sip, splash, repeat.

2

A Vintage-Inspired Beach Bash

View full post on Instagram

First, you need to establish the vintage aesthetic with a beach umbrella, then cross your fingers for a sunny day sans wind. Invite your friends to wear cute vintage-inspired high-waisted suits with you, and there ya have it. Don't forget the necessities either: Pack an old-school picnic basket or cooler with spiked seltzers and snacks, ofc.

3

Winery Trail

View full post on Instagram

A wine passport is a real thing, you guys. Find an area where there’s a cluster of wineries so you can hop around to any and all of them. Pick someone to be a DD (Mom?) or, if you’re feelin' fancy, hire a driver for the day. Most vineyards will have sit-down food options or will let you bring along a picnic, in which you must find and bring every block of cheese and tub of hummus that Trader Joe's sells.

Witchy Tarot Party

Scorpio bbs, this one's for you! If you're born anywhere near Halloween, you are obliged to celebrate with a very witchy, celestial party. You don't have to summon any spirits or anything, but at least partition off part of your yard with some gauzy fabric to create a separate area for the tarot reader to work their magic. Decorate with plenty of suns, moons, stars, a sh*t ton of candles, and tarot cards too.

6

Classic Picnic

Vino Flow

View full post on Instagram

We are not advising you to swindle your friends into a workout with you on your bday, but yoga with wine tasting is a different scenario. You can book vinyasa flow/wine tasting classes or parties through companies like Vino Vinyasa in a variety of cities. Heck, if there are no yoga/wine companies near you, you can all sign up for an outdoor group class and pop open a few bottles once savasana is through.

8

Beer Garden Game Night

View full post on Instagram

If you're including everyone and their S.O. in your soiree, make it a more casual day at a beer garden and get some games going to break the ice. Many breweries and beer gardens have lawn games and board games for you to borrow, or you can bring some games from your own stash.

9

Pizza Truck Party

Pizza *is* the entire party right here. Prepare for every kind of pizza you could possibly imagine (it's bottomless!) and most pizza trucks have gelato on the menu too (*chef’s kiss*). Truly, what else could you need on your birthday other than copious amounts of carbs and cheese?

Birthday Bonfire

If your birthday falls during chillier months, may I interest you in a cozy, flannel-clad campfire party? S'mores charcuterie boards are an absolute must (think chocolate, candy, fruit and crackers) and spooky stories are equally as welcome. Oh, and don't you dare forget about the mulled wine.

11

Floral Arranging Fest

How adorable is a flower-arranging party?! This right here is a group activity that doesn't make a mess, and party guests get to head home with a gorgeous bouquet in hand. True, there are actual flower-arranging studios you can book for your backyard bash, but you can just as easily DIY this one with a trip to your local craft store. Provide mojitos or some kind of boozy beverage, especially for those who are ~less crafty~ than your fine self.

What are good party themes for adults?

Before diving into the list of ideas (though do feel free to skip on down) let’s chat about adult birthday party themes. For some odd reason the world seems to think that when the number of birthday cake candles reaches a certain point, all the fun has to be sucked out.

That’s just not the case.

Adult birthday parties should be fun. Why in the world wouldn’t you want a fun party? They can take on similar themes as the ones from your adolescence or even childhood depending on your level of creativity without being inappropriate. When considering what theme to use, keep in mind what your guest list will look like. Will you be inviting whole families or just the adults? Will grandma be joining? These should definitely inform your decision – you wouldn’t want to invite everyone to a beer pong championship party right? But don’t worry, this list has ideas for everyone.

All that to say, don’t limit yourself. You can have whatever party theme you want.

12 Backyard birthday party ideas for adults that are actually fun.

These party ideas, though designed to work swimmingly well in a backyard, are easily applicable to just about any outdoor setting. So if you don’t have access to a backyard you can still use most of these ideas in a local park or any outdoor space.

Charcuterie Potluck Birthday Party

Woof! We’re hitting the ideas hard and fast right off the bat. You’ve heard of a potluck right? But have you heard of a charcuterie potluck?! We told you these would be unique.

This backyard birthday party idea for adults is part dinner soiree, part art project.

Set up a long table (think feast level long) and cover it with brown paper (you can get a single large roll and use however much you need). As the host, you start things off by adding the beginning touches to the board with whatever you’d like. The fun part comes in when your guests bring their favorite charcuterie addition and play with how they want to add it to the board.

To avoid having only meat or only cheese or only what-have-you – separate your guest list into groups and ask them to bring their favorite from whatever category they belong to. Some categories you may want to have:

You’ll end up with the worlds’ largest charcuterie board and everyone will have fun creating it together. Don’t forget the wine!

Take it up a notch:

Hire a local string musician to play classy tunes in the background.

Backyard Adult Field Day Party

Did you love getting out on the field with all your friends to compete in fun games as a kid? Who says you can’t do it again? Invite your friends for a day of friendly outdoor competition. Make sure to have some prizes ready for the winners and as well as some hydrating drink options!

Some games you can prepare to play:

Adult Finger Painting Party

Yup, you read that right. Hear us out. Take it back a few decades by indulging in some tactile creativity. You’ll remember just how fun it can be to forget about the rules and get colorful! Seriously, whoever said adult birthday parties were boring never attended one of ours. Finger painting and booze – your backyard birthday party will be remembered for a long time.

Buy one or two large wood panels along with as many colors of non-toxic pain you can find. Lay out large tarps you won’t mind getting paint all over and on top of the tarp lean the two boards against a fence or a backing of some kind. And there you’ll have yourself a giant wood canvas on which to play and get creative. You can alternatively string a large sheet instead of using wood (this will certainly be easier to remove and store). Of all the ideas, this may be the most unique backyard birthday party ideas for adults ever.

Warn your guests to wear items they won’t mind getting paint *all over. At the end of your party, you’ll have a masterpiece.

Classy Backyard Cocktail Party

Try this invite!

And if finger painting just isn’t up your alley, let’s go the complete opposite route with a classy cocktail party. Set up a bar with large iced pitchers of pre-made cocktails OR hire a bartender for the night. Create a signature cocktail with a couple options for something different. Use fairy lights to create a lovely ambiance and transform any backyard into a classy affair. Use candles for extra mood lighting.

If you really want the party to have a mature feel, you could include a dress code on your invite.

Take it up a notch with:

Backyard Birthday Yoga Party

If you’re into wellness and all things yoga, why not host a party around that central theme? Start off with a light pre-yoga hydration mixer – serve cucumber water and zen vibes while guests trickle in. Hire a local yoga instructor to teach a private class and make sure to communicate your needs and expectations. Many instructors will be happy to accommodate certain themes and physical expectations of a yoga class, but be sure to give them room to use their expertise.

After the yoga class, consider laying down some blankets for a light post yoga picnic.

Backyard Movie Night

You’ll need a projector and a large white sheet (or white wall). You can pull the sheet over a large wall or string it up (just make sure that it’s taught). String up some fairy lights, lay out some pillows and you’ve got yourself a lovely movie night set up.

Don’t forget the snacks. Set up a popcorn bar with various toppings your guests can help themselves to.

Crawfish Boil

Even if you’re not in New Orleans, you can still host a crawfish boil. It’s a fun spin on a dinner party. Your guests will love the unique experience.

Backyard Birthday Party BBQ

Try this invite!

And on that same note of eating outdoors, if you don’t want to go too far outside of your comfort zone a good old fashioned birthday BBQ may just be the perfect backyard birthday party idea for you. Pick up your favorite grilling meats and veggies – be sure to get enough for the number of expected guests. You’ll want plenty of variety and options for guests with varying dietary restrictions as well.

It’s a birthday celebration, so make sure to string up some banners and maybe add a few balloons. You can even incorporate a sunny theme since the party is outdoors.

Take it up a notch with:

Have fun colored sunglasses set out for your guests (make for a great photo, plus your guests leave with a goodie they’ll actually use).

Birthday Pool Party

Another classic, the birthday pool party rarely disappoints. Pull out the floaties – consider having a special one for the birthday person – and the sunscreen. Have some large coolers around for easy access to drinks and don’t forget the tunes!

Instead of a birthday cake, you could serve boozy popsicles!

Taco Party!

We all know and love Taco Tuesday, so why not take the theme and roll with it for your backyard birthday party idea? Set up a long table that will serve as a build-your-own taco line. Make sure to have plenty of topping options and don’t feel restricted by only the traditional stuff. You can even have a dessert taco table with fun fillings like ice cream and crushed oreos!

Take it up a notch with:

A hired bartender to mix up fresh margs for everyone!

Backyard Birthday, but make it *Mystical*

Who says only October birthdays get to host spooky parties? If the spooky theme is something you vibe with, we say go for it anytime of the year! Candles and black lace make for stellar spooky decor (just be mindful of practicing fire safety first). Hire a local palm reader or tarot card reader for a truly unique experience for your guests.
Serve up spooky drinks and ask your guests to conform to the spooky attire with an all black ensemble.

Backyard 90’s Dance Party

Last, but not least – get bold with a 90s dance party. Hire a local band or simply create your own 90s playlist to get the party going. Ask your guests to come in full 90s costume to get the full experience – think bold colors (for example lime greens, pinks, and yellows). Have a giant basket of glow sticks your guests can grab as they make their way onto your outdoor dance floor.

Take it up a notch with:

Set up a photo booth with 90s props.

And so the question becomes, of all these party themes — which backyard birthday party ideas for adults will be THE one?

Birthday in nature: a cheat sheet with ideas | Holiday again!

Ideas for celebrating a birthday in nature should be significantly different from all other options for celebrating, that's for sure.

I tried to collect all the most interesting things so that you can choose the right ideas for your holiday.

Solving the most important issue. Which? This is a question of who exactly organizes everything and a birthday in nature will turn out to be really memorable.

OPTION 1:
we do everything ourselves

OPTION 2:
we order a holiday with a field trip

Option 1: We do everything ourselves!

Until the end of the article there will be ideas for those who are ready to arrange a memorable holiday for their loved ones. To be honest, it’s not so easy, you need a clear preparation plan and lists of necessary things, otherwise you can forget the essentials in the pre-holiday bustle.

Treat!

1. Take ready-made food so that guests can calmly wait for hot food

This is advice from years of picnic experience. People usually come to nature in the morning, few people have time to have breakfast, and even the road is long... coals flare up, meat is fried too long, etc.

What you can take as a morning buffet:

• ready-made sandwiches
• pasties with savory and sweet fillings
• spring rolls
• pieces of fried meat in breadcrumbs or round flat patties (suitable for making hamburgers)
• fresh and salted vegetables
• washed fruits
• tea, coffee, juices

2. For the grill menu

Of course, on a birthday in nature, you want to see such treats that do not happen during home feasts.

There are so many marinade recipes that I won't dare to describe them here, I'll just remind you what can be cooked on the grill.

• meat skewers
• chicken skewers (by the way, there is a charming children's recipe without vinegar, and the semi-finished product can be made at home and heated on a fire right in foil. Children always want everything quickly)
• fish on a grill
• seafood
• baked vegetables (zucchini, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers)
• you can cook fish soup or meat sauce with herbs in a pot
• pilaf

3. Don't forget:

• drinking water in small bottles
• juices
• bread, rolls, biscuits
• ketchup and mustard
• salt, sugar, spices
• disposable dishes and tablecloths
• good knives, ladle, skimmer
• corkscrew
• wet wipes •
• silicone trash bags
gloves to wash your hands less often
• set of skewers and grate
• folding brazier, charcoal
• quick lighter

• disposable foil trays for ready-made shish kebabs and vegetables
• folding furniture or inflatable chairs
• Raincoats
• Spare clothes for children
• Mosquito repellent
• Rolls of foil and cling film to cover products from flies and wasps
• First aid kit with plaster, peroxide, painkillers
• Compact tent (if they do not start playing in it children, you can put all the bags, packages and backpacks in the tent, which always spoil the natural landscape with their appearance and spoil all the photos)

We decorate the cottage (clearing, gazebo)!

There are ready-made paper decorations that can be turned into balloons, stars and pompoms in a couple of seconds.

Finished paper decorations

Here's the deal. All these decorations are quite LARGE and not much is needed to decorate a room. The price is very cozy, they are sold folded and very easy to fold, in just a couple of seconds. Evaluate my work, I devoted a separate article to each type of decoration:

Here is a selection of articles with examples:

An article on how to hang and combine accordion balls with it (many examples).

I wrote more about ready-made paper pompoms in this article.

Buy pom-poms in different colors HERE.

Examples of solid star decoration.

Multi-colored paper pompoms-tassels are also a great decoration, see pictures

What a beauty, look!

Buy Here.

Do you know what forfeits are? These are fans for decoration. Adore!

Buy a set of forfeits in different sizes and colors HERE.

Entertaining guests!

Now we are talking about a family holiday, but there may be options here:

  1. adults of different generations from 18 to 90 years old gathered
  2. there are many young families with small children from 1 to 9 years old at the festival
  3. families with children from 1 to 17 years old came to visit you
  4. there are no small children, but there are teenagers aged 12-17 who are bored in an adult company

Agree, in each of these cases the program should be different.

Free scenarios for children and teenagers

Ready-made scenarios with printed task cards

Very interesting sets for children and teenagers with quests "in a box" are now on sale. The bottom line is that you only need to read the instructions and come up with a place where you can hide the gift. Everything else children find in the set. Here is an example of such a quest.

[yw_buy id=662956926 view=1]

All together: 2 to 92

The most difficult case, the tasks for such a company are the most difficult to come up with.

If you feel like grown-ups want to have fun with their kids, here are a few time-tested amusements. Yes, you will need to buy something, but then you will use the most successful props for many, many more years.

These forfeits can be downloaded simply and quickly 5 minutes before the holiday

Where and how to celebrate your birthday in nature

A picnic on the lake, a barbecue in the park or an open-air banquet — in the summer you really want to celebrate your birthday not indoors, but outdoors! We tell you where to celebrate your birthday in nature, how to decorate the table in style and prepare interesting entertainment.

Where to mark

First, it is important to decide whether you want to organize a party in Moscow or get out of the city.

Picnic in the park

If you are planning to celebrate your birthday outdoors in Moscow, a great idea is to have a picnic in one of the capital's parks. In the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, in Izmailovsky Park, in Fili and on Andreevsky Ponds on Sparrow Hills, you can find a clearing far from people, lay out blankets, set the table and arrange gatherings with friends.

During the day in these parks you can turn on loud music, sing and dance, so a picnic is perfect for a noisy youth company. But it will not work to arrange a barbecue - making fires in parks is prohibited. But you can always take salads, cold snacks and fruits with you, as well as pre-order pizza or takeaway rolls in one of the restaurants near the place where you plan to hold the event.

Barbecue in the gazebo

If you cannot imagine a birthday in nature without barbecues, then you can go to the park with specially equipped places for barbecue - there will already be barbecues, gazebos and tables for your holiday.

Lianozovsky Park

This picturesque forest park with fountains has free picnic pavilions, but usually there are not very many people. There are grocery stores not far from the park in case you forgot to buy something or ate something faster than expected.

Location: metro station Altufievo.

Serebryany Bor

This park is located on the shore of the lake, there are paid and free tents and gazebos, so you can choose the best option based on your budget. The place is popular with Muscovites - come early to have time to take one of the sites and arrange a summer holiday by the water! Please note that there are no shops nearby, so it's best to stock up on food and drinks.

Location: Polezhaevskaya metro station.

Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo

And here you can not only organize a fun picnic, but also take a lot of cool photos for Instagram, because the park is located next to ponds and an 18th century estate! Free gazebos with barbecue facilities are available to all guests.

Location: Schukinskaya metro station.

Khimki Forest Park

A large picturesque area, free gazebos with tables and barbecues, and a location near the metro — what else do you need for a birthday party in nature!

Location: Khovrino metro station.

Moskvoretsky Park

This park has a truly forest atmosphere - go here to take a break from the bustle of the city and enjoy peace and tranquility. Often they even see hares, hedgehogs and squirrels here! And in different parts of the park you can find free barbecues for your picnic.

Location: m. Strogino.

Setun River Valley

This beautiful place also has an area with gazebos and tables, but it's better to bring your own barbecue. The territory is great for companies with children — there are equipped playgrounds.

Location: Kuntsevskaya metro station.

In a country house

If you plan to celebrate your birthday in nature, but do not want to depend on the weather, the best solution would be to rent one of the cozy country houses and cottages.

Imagine what a beautiful, bright and memorable holiday for 50-60 people can be arranged in this house. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy courtyard and even a small terrace... A great idea to gather friends and relatives and give yourself a dream weekend!

And in this club estate on Varshavskoe Shosse, you can get together with a company of up to 50 people.

In the protected green area there is a lake, a private beach, volleyball and tennis courts, an archery and crossbow shooting area and a barbecue area, and there is a sauna in the house itself. In the evening, you can arrange a huge noisy disco or a foam party right under the open sky!

In a tent

A tent in the park or on the lakeside is a cozy and stylish option for celebrating a birthday in the summer. You will not depend on the weather, and even a sudden rain will not spoil your evening. You can decorate the tent with flowers and helium balloons, invite a musical group and host there, arrange dances and competitions.

For example, in this large and bright tent, you can arrange a party for up to 70 people. It is located in Serebryany Bor, on the very bank of the Moskva River - just imagine what magical photos you will have after the holiday!

Food to go yes

In a banquet hall in nature

For a large classic feast, you can find a venue with a banquet hall in nature. They are often located on the terraces of cafes and restaurants - this is a convenient option, as you will be in the fresh air, but at the same time you will not be disturbed by the vagaries of the weather, because you can always hide in a covered area.

If you are planning a magnificent celebration for 100-200 people, pay attention to this banquet hall with panoramic windows, located right in the flowering garden.

The site has the necessary musical equipment for a disco, light music and a projector. There is a stage for guest artists, and on the large terrace there is plenty of space to set up a lounge area or organize a photo zone. And the hall itself is located within the city - you can celebrate your birthday in nature without leaving the capital.

Moscow region

The Moscow region also has wonderful places for a festive picnic: parks, forests, lakes and country hotels.

Arkhangelskoye Manor

Birthday can be divided into two parts: first, visit the museum-estate of the 18th century as a cultural program, and then go to the park for a walk and a picnic. In summer, music concerts are often held here - if you guess the date, you can get to one of them!

Location: Moscow region, Krasnogorsk city district, Arkhangelskoye settlement.

Mytishchi Forest Park

This park was recently opened, so you will find equipped new pavilions and barbecues, "fresh" playgrounds and a clean, well-groomed territory. You can have a barbecue there, rent scooters and bicycles, or just take a walk in a real forest - and all this is a 20-minute drive from Moscow by car!

Location: city of Mytishchi, Pirogovsky forest park.

In the spa hotel

To celebrate your birthday in nature in the suburbs with a small company, you can book rooms or individual houses in a country hotel. Usually, guests there can not only rent a gazebo with a barbecue or a tent, but also arrange a celebration in a banquet hall, relax on the beach or by the pool, play bowling and visit spa treatments. This option will be optimal for a company that wants to combine outdoor recreation with urban entertainment.

Here are some options for such hotels:

Entertainment

The choice of entertainment depends on your mood and the wishes of the guests. Sports games in nature are great for an active company: take a volleyball, badminton rackets or a Frisbee with you.

To have fun from the heart, play "Crocodile" or make funny forfeits to each other (by the way, applications with these games can be downloaded to your phone so as not to carry a paper version with you). Both children and adults are happy to participate in such entertainment.

In the evening, when everyone is tired, you can organize quiet competitions, for example, play the game "Who am I?". To do this, you will need a pen and stickers with a sticky edge. All guests sit in a circle, each thinks of a famous person, writes her name on a sticker and sticks it on the forehead of the neighbor on the right. Thus, each participant sees the names of the others, but does not know what is written on his own sticker. Players begin to ask questions in a circle, to which other participants can only answer “yes” or “no” (for example: “Am I a woman?”, “Am I a Russian celebrity?”). The first person to guess what is written on his sticker wins.

It's great if there is a person in the company who can play the guitar - you can all sing songs around the fire together.

Quest

An interesting idea for a birthday in nature is to organize a moving quest. To do this, you need to arrive at the selected location a little earlier than the others and hide several clues in succession, the last of which will lead guests to some kind of surprise. These can be memorable souvenirs: stylish stationery, a phone case or sweets.

You can draw or print a map to help guests find task cards. Try to prepare a variety of stages: a dance competition, logic puzzles and funny forfeits. The theme of the quest can be absolutely anything: you can make a quest based on Harry Potter, Rick and Morty, Breaking Bad series or any other work that you like. When all parts of the quest are ready, hand the first clue to the players and let the adventure begin!

Decoration

A birthday in nature can (and should!) be made stylish, instagrammable and aesthetic.

Here are some ideas for decorating the holiday:

  1. If there will be a table at the selected location, prepare a light colored disposable tablecloth. If you plan to sit on the grass, take a light or checkered blanket on which you can arrange food and seat guests. It is better to put a waterproof oilcloth under the blanket.

  2. Take a few ottomans or bright pillows - they will be more comfortable to sit on, and they also look cool in the photo.

  1. To decorate the place where you are celebrating your birthday, buy decor: wooden plaques, small bouquets of wildflowers, candles, glass vases. Right on the spot, you can weave wreaths of wildflowers and decorate the location with them.

  2. If you plan to celebrate until late in the evening, take garlands and lamps with you. They will not only become sources of light, but also give an atmosphere of comfort.

Table setting

Setting up a table for a birthday in nature is not an easy task: it is inconvenient to carry glass and porcelain dishes, and plastic ones look very cheap. A good alternative is craft cardboard plates without bright prints, such as beige. Forks and spoons can be replaced with skewers or chopsticks for sushi.

Another option is to organize a finger food buffet (with small snacks that people will take with their hands) and completely abandon forks and spoons.

Complement the decor with a wicker basket, wooden trays, vases with wildflowers and floral decorations.

What to cook

In summer, it is better to give preference to light, low-fat food. For the main course, club sandwiches, quiches, puff pastries with ham and cheese or vegetable filling are suitable, which can be prepared at home and eaten at a picnic without warming up.

If you are celebrating your birthday on the grill, the main dish of the day will be barbecue. In hot weather, it is better to choose not heavy meat like pork, but lighter barbecue chicken wings or grilled salmon.

As a side dish for a birthday celebration in nature, you can add grilled vegetables: bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, champignons, baby potatoes or cherry tomatoes with soft cheese or cheese for frying on skewers. Olives, asparagus, pickled mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes are great light snacks for a birthday in nature.

A rare picnic in the summer is complete without a cheese plate, you can also buy jamon with melon, pate, cold cuts. Natural sauces such as pesto, mustard, olive oil and lingonberry sauce are great to complement appetizers. For dessert, buy fresh berries, grapes or watermelon.

Various types of bruschetta are a simple and hearty appetizer that will look great on a festive table.

Easy Summer Bruschetta with Cherry Tomatoes

Grill fresh baguette slices and drizzle with olive oil. Put finely chopped cherry tomatoes on the resulting toast, add seasonings and fresh basil leaves. A light and unusual snack is ready!

It is important to try to set a varied table, where there will be meat and fish dishes, as well as vegetarian food.

For a picnic in nature, you should take more water, natural juices and fruit drinks, homemade lemonades in beautiful jars. Cucumber, ginger or classic lemonade will perfectly quench your thirst and look beautiful on the festive table. It is better to refrain from strong alcohol or take it in minimal quantities. Light semi-dry wine and cider are much better.

Birthday salads

In the summer it is better to prepare light vegetable salads with chicken, fish or shrimp. Skip heavy dressings like mayonnaise and replace it with olive oil, lemon juice, or low-fat yogurt.

We share a couple of simple and very tasty recipes!

Salad with arugula and shrimp

Grill the peeled shrimp with seasonings for a couple of minutes, add avocado, arugula and cherry tomatoes to them. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve!

Lightly salted salmon salad

For this summer salad, choose lightly salted salmon cut into strips, lettuce mix, cherry tomatoes, sweet onion. Mix everything in a large bowl, add salt and pepper. Season with olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice - a delicious salad for nature is ready!

Grocery List

If you are going to celebrate your birthday in the summer in nature, make a list of all the necessary purchases in advance. It is important to include not only picnic products, but also serving utensils and decor elements.

Approximately the calculation of products for 1 person looks like this:

Remember to bring sunscreen, mosquito and tick repellant, music speaker, board games, cards.

Photo zone

A photo zone for a birthday in nature can be decorated with a composition of helium balloons. Choose pinks, silvers, golds, and try to avoid greens so they don't blend in with the surrounding plants.

A simpler and more budget option is to take glowing garlands with you to decorate a nearby tree with them. Such a photo zone will look great in the evening.

Another interesting idea is to design a photo zone in the rustic style, that is, in a simple, rustic style. To do this, you will need a checkered blanket, a wicker basket and simple wildflowers. Place them beautifully a little away from the main "table" - this will be a place for atmospheric shots!

How to inexpensively celebrate a birthday in nature

Here are some tips to help you economically celebrate a birthday in nature:

  1. Schedule a celebration on a weekday, then you can rent a site inexpensively or easily take a free gazebo in the park.
  2. You can have a European-style birthday - agree with friends that everyone brings something from food and drinks, while not giving gifts to the birthday man or birthday girl.
  3. Make a budget table: make your own simple appetizers and salads so you don't have to spend money on catering or food delivery.

Theme party

For an outdoor party, choose a bright summer theme. A great idea would be a Hawaiian or Mexican party, a rustic or boho birthday party.

Any theme party can be adapted to a holiday in nature, for example, replacing classic dishes with a buffet table, buying craft dishes, setting up a photo zone right in the forest.
