Bright Colors for Your Bathroom

White Colors
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of white paint colors to choose from. Sherwin-Williams breaks down its whites into three groups: pure whites, warm whites and cool whites.
Cool whites are great for rooms with cool hues and undertones like blue. Warm whites feature a base of yellow or red and work well to give rooms a warm and welcoming feel. Pure whites are best in rooms that are modern, eclectic or even rustic in decor.
Think about your small bathroom’s decor and accessories before you select your perfect white paint. Maximize your space with these 20 bathroom storage hacks.
White paint offers a crisp, fresh and clean feel. If you want something more energetic and cheery, go with white main walls and ceiling and a bright accent wall with a pop of color like sunshine yellow or magenta.

Light Colors
Glidden also suggests other light and neutral colors for small bathrooms (a.k.a. powder rooms). If you want a spa-like small bathroom, Glidden suggests a pale blue or light green color palette.

Darker Colors for a Bathroom With No Windows
If you’re not thrilled with the color choices we’ve mentioned so far, don’t be discouraged. White and neutral colors aren’t your only option when it comes to choosing the best paint colors for small bathrooms.
Lots of designers go the complete opposite route and choose dark colors for bathrooms without windows and natural light.

Black
“Oftentimes I like to paint small bathrooms (typically windowless rooms) a dark color, like black,” Jenny Wolf of Jenny Wolf Interiors tells Architectural Digest. “It gives depth and creates an illusion of a larger space.” These tips also offer great ways to transform your small bathroom into one that looks a lot bigger.
Fleming James of Oliver Street Design says high-gloss “super dark” colors are best for small bathrooms, especially ones without windows. That’s because they give off a “big-night-sky effect” and bounce the scarce available light around the room.
In this case, select your light fixtures carefully. Make sure you love their shapes since they will be center stage, and be sure to use bulbs that emit a lot of light. Large mirrors also help to create depth and reflect light in a small bathroom with dark walls.

Charcoal
A charcoal color scheme offers the perfect balance between lighter and darker bathrooms. Plus, marble countertops fit perfectly with the color scheme.

Color solution for the bathroom from a professional design studio
Until recently, most apartment owners, when thinking about renovating a bathroom, imagined a room with white plumbing fixtures and walls finished with tiles in pale pastel colors. However, life does not stand still, it moves forward, changing views and fashion. And the bathroom is no longer perceived only as a place for bathing and hygiene procedures.
New trends in bathroom design make it possible to consider them not only as a place for washing or taking a bath or shower, but also for relaxation and pleasant rest.
For relaxation and rest, it is not enough for a person to simply fill the bath with hot water, add fragrant foam or bath salts and plunge into it, the environment plays an important role in this. A beautifully and modernly designed bathroom will help relieve stress and relax after an active day at work, leaving all the accumulated problems behind the bathroom door, as well as tune in to a positive mood.
Now, thanks to the work of designers, color preferences in the design of bathrooms and bathrooms have changed. Fashionable plumbing and bright colors in the interior are the trend in the world of interior design in recent years.
It is possible that someone will decide to experiment with the design and color of the floor, walls, accessories and furniture to personalize the bathroom and create a good mood. If you want to update your bathroom, but the decision has not yet been finalized, you can check out some bright design ideas that you will surely like. But do not forget that flashy bright colors are annoying, so when creating bathroom designs, it is not recommended to use annoying colors.
Green is the perfect solution for decorating a bathroom. Shades of green when decorating a bathroom are perceived as a reminder of spring days, when nature wakes up after hibernation and comes to life. The bathroom, decorated in green spring tones, allows not only to relax and have a good rest, but also to get positive emotions and confidently look ahead despite the hardships of life. The combination of green walls and floors with snow-white plumbing will emphasize all the advantages of the bathroom. A monophonic pleasant shade of green does not irritate and does not attract attention, but it helps to relax and be nourished with vital energy.
Cobalt-coloured tiles, paired with neutral-coloured tiles, add a masculine touch to the bathroom. A wall tiled from floor to ceiling can become the design center of the entire bathroom.
The combination of shades of purple and green will cheer you up. Although it is not necessary to lay out the floor or walls with tiles of this color scheme. You can simply place a picture in green and purple on the wall or arrange accessories in one of these colors.
Bathroom decoration in red is rarely used. Shades of red are preferred by bold, bright and chic natures. If you do not like bright scarlet shades, then you can decorate the bathroom in burgundy or dark cherry color without focusing on a large number of objects - these can be the doors of hanging cabinets or the surface of the dressing table.
Orange tones in the decor delight the eye, enliven emotions, warm and tone. Shades of orange add optimism and cheerfulness, cheer up. An interesting idea for decorating the bathroom is the use of orange-colored wood objects and materials that create a warm, joyful atmosphere. Orange lamps will bring a modern style, and a soft sunny rug on the floor will bring coziness, warmth and comfort to the room.
Beautiful shades of light yellow or gold make it easy to create a positive atmosphere in the bathroom. The only thing worth remembering and paying special attention to is that the color scheme of the tone should not be too bright and aggressive.
The decision to decorate the bathroom in black and white can be original. Using the screen printing method, you can interestingly beat the space in the bathroom based on the deep contrast between black and white. It will bring a little mystical and intriguing into the house.
Enliven the bathroom by replacing the classic white sink with a bright acid color that adds positivity, fun and vivacity.
