The Instant Ace Nova utilizes a powerful 1000W motor at the base and eight steel blades that can reach up to 25,000RPM across 10 customizable speeds for blending, crushing and grinding.

When choosing heated cooking settings, an 800W concealed heating element is at the base of the pitcher. The control panel offers quick access to the 12 various presets, self-clean mode, as well as buttons to manually control speeds, time and temperature, a heating indicator, and an LED timer.

The 12 presets include: four cold blending and seven heat blending options. The settings include

The Keep Warm setting will also keep contents hot for up to two hours.

The large 54 ounce glass pitcher has an arrow marker that lines up with a marker on the base. It simply lifts on and off.  However, it is still a heavy and solid container, especially when full. Even though it is a pretty large design, you still only need to blend a minimum of a quarter cup, or 2 oz. at a time, if you're just preparing a very small amount. Measurement lines make it easy to keep track of how much you're making.

In order for the blender to turn, the lid must be securely locked into place, to where it gently shifted and is lined up with the handle. If you do want to add ingredients mid-blend or use the tamper, you can just take out the insert from the lid of the blender.

Once the blender is locked into place and it registers as ON, you can select the desired settings, and press start. Each setting has a pre-set time, in which it will countdown to when it is finished.  You can also toggle with the manual features to choose temperature, monitor operation time and change speeds.

The stainless steel blades are not removable, which is a safety feature, but it can make cleaning a little more tedious. Luckily, the powerful self-clean setting had no issue dislodging any food remnants from the blades.

Along with the permanent blades, other excellent safety features included with the Instant Ace Nova Blender are automatic shutoff and overheating protection.

Making smoothies

At a minimum, the Instant Ace Nova Blender had to make blending smoothies quick and easy. When tasked with ice, bananas, a handful of berries, and some almond milk, the easy smoothie setting quickly created a creamy frozen treat.

Instead of starting at full blast, it rotates through various settings at different timings to get a perfectly thick and smooth consistency.

The manual instructs to stack ingredients according to weight with liquids first; followed by powders and sweeteners; leafy greens; soft ingredients like yogurt, nut butter and tofu; fresh fruit, nuts and seeds; and finished off with frozen fruit and ice cubes

Making soup

The Instant Ace Nova is one of a handful of blenders that can also cook! It has two soup settings to choose from: chunky or creamy in as little as 20 minutes.

I whipped up a hearty butternut squash soup recipe that I found from Instant, and it couldn't have been easier. I simply layered my ingredients in, add the lid, and selected the soup setting.

First, the blender heats up to boiling (around 212°F) before the timer actually sets in. It'll intermittently gently stir before blending everything into a creamy consistency right in the last minutes.

Making Oat Milk

With oat milk being a pretty recent obsession of mind, I decided to see how easy it could be to make it at home, especially since the Instant Ace Nova has settings to make nut/oat, soy, and rice milk. It comes with a reusable strainer bag too.

I followed this Instant Oat Milk recipe that simply called for steel cut or rolled oats, water, and a splash of cooking oil. Once I ran the 5 minute nut milk setting, I strained the liquid into another pitcher. My first try came out a little watery, but I attribute that to the fact I impatiently tried to squeeze the liquid through faster, when I should have figured a way to let it strain on its own. After some research, I also found that this Instant recipe suggested I use more water than others.

Making nut butter

Wanting to try how the blender handled thicker consistencies like nut butter, I took things manual to make a peanut butter batter ( note: the Ace Plus model also has a nut butter setting).

I blended on medium for just a few seconds two cups of peanuts that quickly pulverized to a chalky consistency. When I added in eggs and sugar, and ran the pulse cycle, it soon turned into a doughy paste, the consistency I was looking for.

However, the thick batter didn't just pour out, so I settled on spooning out. When I got closer to the blades, it did become a struggle making my silicone spatula a casualty among the blades trying to get the batter out. Once I had retrieved most of the batter, I promptly ran the self-clean cycle to avoid anything getting dried on, and everything was cleaned, good as new.

What else can it do?

While I'll generally default to the best food processor for making dips and purees, if you're looking for something that can do it all, the Instant Ace Nova will gladly give it a try. It also has puree settings, crush ice, and a frozen dessert setting.

When crushing ice, it doesn't even need the full pulsating program to turn ice cubes into a fluffy, snow-like consistency. It blasted through with ease, s

Cleaning the Instant Pot Ace Nova Cooking Blender

As the Instant Ace Nova blender can not be fully submersed in the water to protect its heating element, it has a self-clean mode, which pulses reach all areas of the interior of the blender. You'll want to take care not to get the bottom wet and to clean the exterior with a damp cloth. For interior cleaning, add 32 ounces of water and a few drops of dish soap, and the whole process takes less than 45 seconds. It becomes incredibly soapy, in which you will likely want to rinse it out again too.

The lid, tamper, and strainer bag are dishwasher safe.

Should you buy the Instant Pot Ace Nova Cooking Blender?

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Instant Ace Nova Blender, and it's functionalities go way beyond the the smoothies and margaritas I usually think to make.

I would have loved if the instruction manual had come with recipe ideas to kick off inspiration for the sheer number of recipes the Ace Nova can handle, but Instant does offer a database online of recipes to try, plus America's Test Kitchen created a whole cookbook that is worth checking out to fully maximize what this mighty blender can do.

The blender is powerful and easy to use, with automatic settings that minimize guesswork. I love that it blends and grinds consistently, even when tasked through a number of recipes. At just over $100, the Instant Ace Nova can hold its own against luxury blenders like Vitamix, Zwilling, KitchenAid, Breville and Smeg.

The Instant Ace Nova is the middle range option among Instant's trio of blender offerings: the Ace ($70), Ace Nova, and Ace Plus ($150). Their differences are subtle, but the Ace Nova offers 10 speed settings and a 1000 watt performance compared to the the Ace's three speeds and 700 watt built , while the Ace Plus also introduces a nut butter program, delay start setting and a 1300 watt motor.

The 54 oz. is large enough for entertaining, but it's also able to make individual sized portions too.  I unfortunately grappled with its height. My cabinets hang too low for the blender to sit on my counter with the lid secured. So, to store, I have to dissemble it, which takes up double the space.

Additionally, the blender takes extra care to clean since it can't be washed as normal, due to the electrical connections at the base. It wasn't an issue once you know, but if you're having someone help clean up with you who doesn't know much about how the blender needs to be cleaned, you could run into a snafu, since cleaning it is not second nature.

The blades are not removable, which can be good to keep from having to handle, but can also make cleaning a bit trickier. Fortunately, the self-clean system has proven powerful enough to dislodge any build up around the blades.

Instant Pot Blender Review (My Honest Opinion)

Organizing | 08.10.22

The Instant Pot Blender can make smoothies, juices, frozen treats, soups, purées, and even baby food. So what are the pros and cons of this new blender? Today I’m sharing my honest review, what I love and don’t love about it, and why I switched from my Ninja blender to the Instant Pot Ace Blender!

In This Post

Instant Pot Ace Blender – My Honest Review

I use my blender almost every single day. That’s why it’s really important to me to have a solid blender that can not only blend well, but is also a cooking blender and is super easy to use, clean, and store. After using the Instant Pot Air Fryer Duo Crisp for a while and falling in love with how versatile it is (you can read my full review HERE), I knew I had to try the Instant Pot Ace Blender, too.

Today I’m sharing my honest review, the pros and cons, and comparing the Instant Pot Blender to other amazing blenders on the market!

Pros/Cons

Ninja Vs. Instant Pot Blender

I’ve used the Ninja blender system for YEARS, but the lining on it had started to fall apart and it was time for a new blender. I switched to the Instant Pot Blender because the overall quality is just way better! It can also do a lot more than the Ninja. The price is compatible, so here’s a quick comparison of each of their features:

Instant Pot Blender

Ninja Blender System

Instant Pot Blender Vs. Vitamix

While I don’t have a ton of experience with the Vitamix, I can tell you the number one different between the Vitamix and the Instant Pot Blender is the price point. The Instant Pot Ace Blender is lower price, but it’s still a high quality blender, in my opinion the same or even better than the Vitamix!

The second difference is all of the hot and cold blending programs. You put the ingredients in, push the button for whatever you’re making (smoothie, soup, baby food, ice cream, etc), and it does all of the thinking and work for you. Amazing! The Vitamix can also blend hot and cold foods, but it has many manual blending speeds that you would need to choose from and start/stop yourself.

Instant Pot Blender Recipes

There are so many things that you can make in the Instant Pot Blender. Here are some of my favorites!

Is The Instant Pot Blender Worth It?

My final thoughts? The Instant Pot Blender is DEFINITELY worth it! When it comes to comparing other blenders, you really can’t beat the quality you get for the price. I will use this blender for years to come and I know you’d love it, too!

Trishkin Reichskaftan

Adam Tooze's book “The price of destruction. The Creation and Death of the Nazi Economy” (M.: Gaidar Institute Publishing House, 2018) caused a lot of fierce controversy among specialists on World War II shortly after its release. Recently, this work by an American researcher was published in Russian: at Gorky's request, Yuri Ammosov tells how The Price of Destruction differs from other books about Nazi Germany and what questions inevitably arise when reading it.

...Other gentlemen,
Having confused matters, they correct them,
Look: they flaunt in Trishka's caftan.

Russian translation of the monograph by Adam Tooze is published 12 years after the original book was published. Then the book made a lot of noise. Reviewers of major publications crushed Ace to smithereens. Despite this, or perhaps due to scandals, the book received two prestigious awards in the field of historical literature and is considered the main work of the author. It seems to us that the reason for such a reaction is not obvious: Adam Tooze proves that the aggressive policy of the Reich was caused primarily by economic reasons.

According to Ace, Germany before Hitler was, on the one hand, a very export-oriented and dependent economy, and on the other, a poor and not the most advanced country in the world. The productivity of semi-manual agriculture was especially low. This determined how she slipped into an aggressive war and why she eventually lost it. Ace sees the history of 1923-1945 as a contest between German and American (and, in the second tier, Soviet, British and French) economic power. And against the United States, Germany, according to Ace, had no chance.

In the Roaring Twenties, Germany received so many loans from the US that a trade deficit (the preponderance of imports over exports) was no problem, and reparations did not burden the country. But with the onset of the Great Depression, other countries began to abruptly close their markets and devalue currencies, and the flow of credit disappeared - and then Germany was sharply squeezed into a financial vice. In principle, the German economy could not live without imports: there was neither ore, nor cotton, nor fodder, nor oil, nor most other necessary resources in the country. Against the backdrop of such an impasse, Hitler and his views that Germany should take resources from other countries (primarily the USSR) - as Britain and the United States did - went very well.

So, Hitler comes to power ... and then Ace describes a series of maneuvers, compromises and jerks, each of which brought relief for a period of several months to a year. Germany was teetering on the brink of default and crisis, and foreign partners responded to any of its foreign economic maneuvers with new waves of protective duties, trade margins and embargoes. The tight tightening of state regulation and control of the economy, Tuz believes, was caused both by preparations for the inevitable future war for "living space" and by acute need. Everything from state cartels to the expropriation of Jews, according to Ace, made economic sense, and to a large extent urgent and instantaneous.

Hitler's aggressive foreign policy was also a chain of steps that solved urgent economic problems. The capture of Austria brought a sharp increase in gold reserves, the capture of Poland saved Germany from starvation, the capture of France provided a supply of raw materials, transport and an industrial base, the capture of Norway ensured that neutral Sweden would continue to supply iron ore. Hitler's attack on the USSR, according to Ace, was a gamble designed to create the conditions for victory over the stubborn Great Britain - and at the same time to get hold of oil, steel and grain (due to including the notorious Hunger Plan). But each time, having solved the tactical problem of the moment, Hitler and his economic and military team again became bogged down in the multiply increased problems created by the next step. The entire second and third parts of the book describe the phantasmagoria of this trishkin caftan of the Nazi economy.

The military power of Germany, Ace, is extremely skeptical. The Luftwaffe was several times smaller than the Anglo-American military aviation, the Soviet T-34s were much better and more numerous than any German tanks, and the Kriegsmarine was generally no good compared to the British Royal Navy. Ace sees all military successes and failures through the prism of the rear: in France, the Wehrmacht had enough fuel and roads for the “Dunkirk disaster”, and the attack on Moscow stopped due to a shortage of all resources. The author is sure that Hitler lost the war at the moment when he could not seize Baku oil. Further, losing Ukrainian granaries, then Krivoy Rog steel, then Romanian oil, then Ruhr factories, Germany went deeper and deeper into a tailspin, which ended in 1945 the complete destruction of the country.

German troops marching into the SaarlandPhoto: germanwarmachine.com

On the whole, concludes Ace, the Nazi war was the last colonial expedition of old Europe, the purpose of which was to seize the wealth of other countries, and exterminate or enslave the inhabitants. And it also became the final failure of this stage of European history.

For Europe and the United States, probably, explaining the history of World War II in terms of economics runs counter to the narrative of the ideological war of democracy against dictatorship. For the Russian reader, who grew up in an environment where the materialist-Marxist interpretation was dominant, Ace's conclusions will reinforce the already familiar view of things. Did Hitler want to seize the USSR, appropriate land and resources, exterminate and kill Russians and Jews? And what, there were doubts about it?

On the other hand, the book systematically and in detail sets out many little-known facts that our historiography has not paid attention to. For example, that Hitler bought the loyalty of the generals by giving bribes from the special fund with money and estates. Or that German exports in the 1930s were supported by subsidies. Or that large private industry was constantly subjected to exactions. Or that Hitler's agricultural leaders Darre and Bakke were ideologically reminiscent of modern "greens". Or about the Nazi clearing system in occupied Europe.

And of course, the Russian reader will constantly experience a sense of recognition. Four-year plan, steel quotas? Erbhof's "legacy" farms, which received a firm harvest plan and state support, where the family could not leave? A ban on changing jobs at industrial enterprises? "Price scissors" of the city and the countryside? Labor camps, output standards, increased rations and fine rations? National holidays of the "battle for the harvest"? Cards for bread and cigarettes? Shock workers of the country who receive orders and coupons for clothes for work in three shifts? All this is so familiar to us from our own history that anyone will have a question: was Hitler, as they said then, a faithful successor to Stalin's work, or did Stalin borrow, as they say in our time, "the best European practices"?

In any case, no matter what views - sharply pro-regime or sharply oppositional - the reader has, he will find food in the book for comparison with the reality he is familiar with and from positions that are pleasant to him. And Ace's enthusiastic words about the heroism of the Soviet people and Soviet industry will inevitably please all readers - everyone will be able to remember a grandfather or great-grandfather who distinguished himself at the front or in the rear.

And of course, "riveters" (lovers of weapons, uniforms and military history) will enjoy the book a lot: I foresee literally around every line of Ace a lively discussion that everything was wrong and how it is useful for Ace to learn materiel. Therefore, I will not touch on the accompanying military and military-technical plots further - I will limit myself to titular economic ones.

Books are not to be criticized for what they do not contain. And right. “It was and will be allowed // The word to be introduced, having minted it with a modern press.” Each author has his own right to decide what to talk about and what to keep silent about. And the reader has the right to think and ask questions about what they have read.

What would you like to ask the author? First, about export. The Ace says a lot about exports and Germany's export dependence. But from the book it is impossible to find out what exactly and to which countries Germany exported - and what and from where it imported. We learn, for example, in passing that different countries sold cotton to Germany at quite different prices, but this is part of the episode "in 19There was no open world market in the 1930s.” Or we learn that Sweden could not sell more ore to Germany if Germany did not sell to Sweden the coal needed to obtain this ore - but from the episode "coal production in occupied Europe fell."

Why didn't Ace describe the whole picture of foreign trade flows? Did he assume that the audience of history professors already knew this very well? But still, this is a more general book. Or maybe the picture of Germany's foreign trade would have shown that exports were to a large extent high value-added products - and then the picture of a not very developed Reich ceases to emerge.

Wernher von Braun with a model of the V-2 rocket Photo: collectspace. com

Secondly, it would be interesting to talk with the author about the technological development of Germany. Ace devoted only four pages to the A-4 (V-2) rocket project, and basically described not how this project costing two billion Reichsmarks (a fantastically huge amount) developed, but the cruel orders at the Mittelwerke underground plant, which are from there, in his opinion, spread throughout Germany in 1944-1945.

But academician Boris Chertok, in 1945, an agent of the Soviet government to capture missile technology, wrote that they were able to assemble A-4 from components captured in Mittelwerk, but they couldn’t even make an exact copy: “The Germans used A-4 in the production of missiles -4 86 grades and grades of steel. Our industry in 1947 was able to replace only 32 brands with similar properties. For non-ferrous metals, the Germans used 59 grades, while we could only find 21. The most "difficult" materials were non-metals: rubber, gaskets, seals, insulation, plastics, etc. It was required to have 87 types of non-metals, and our factories and institutions were able to give only 48!”. The same academician Chertok described how highly rocket scientists valued captured German instruments and equipment, and how German gyroscopes were superior to Soviet ones.

It can also be recalled that rockets of our own American developments in 1958 exploded on launch, and the first American crew to the Moon in 1968 arrived on the rocket of the German Wernher von Braun, the creator of the A-4. And that it was in Germany that the era of space exploration began, when on October 3, 1942, the A-4 rocket reached the "von Karman line" - the border of open space at an altitude of about 100 kilometers.

But, let's say, if the theme of rockets and space is too extraordinary and indicative, we can talk about other achievements. It was at this time in Germany at BASF that the "Tape Recorder" was invented - a device for recording and playing back sound on magnetic tape. And not just invented - but in 1940 year improved to professional quality (PVC tape and anti-noise biasing with high-frequency current) and put into series. Already in 1941, field tape recorders entered the Wehrmacht, corporations bought them for offices, wealthy German families for their homes, and only in 1944 their release was interrupted. The speeches of the Fuhrer and Nazi bosses were also recorded on tape recorders and sent to radio studios throughout Germany. Arriving in the United States in 1945, captured tape recorders revolutionized radio by making recording and editing possible. Yes, of such quality that the recording pioneer Bing Crosby received indignant letters from fans: why did he go on the air outside of the usual schedule? Is the latest audio equipment in the middle of the war really a sign of a backward and poor country?

And I would also like to ask the author: for example, Germany was isolated from world markets in the 1930s according to the principle "everyone dies alone. " But then where were the markets of Germany's successful competitors - the USA and Great Britain? With whom did they trade and where was the source of their wealth? And by some reservations, Ace gets the feeling that the UK's key market is its own colonies. Which, in general, is quite consistent with many facts: even the same famine in Bengal, which fed warring Britain, and itself lost up to three million dead only - more than Soviet prisoners of war, who were purposefully killed in Nazi camps in 1941–1942.

Finally, it is interesting to know why many footnotes did not make it into the main text. One can only learn that the Marshall Plan tacitly supported the moratorium on the payment of Nazi debts (p. 500), or about the cost of the V-2 rocket (p. 788). In this regard, advice to readers - read the notes too, there are some interesting things.

The main question that the attentive reader cannot help asking himself is whether it was possible to avoid the war?

We know from history how a new war was prevented. The author stops his pen at 1945 and only in the final chapter briefly mentions the Marshall Plan and the European Coal and Steel Community of Robert Schuman, from which the future European Union began. Meanwhile, both of them indicate that in 1945-1950 the economic background of the pan-European conflict over key industrial resources was obvious. In the face of the onset of the Cold War and the growing pro-Soviet orientation of the countries of Western Europe (in France and Italy, communists and leftists rose to power), the United States and pro-American politicians decisively interrupted economic conflicts, creating equal access to coal and steel, and provided European reconstruction with a huge budget.

The new conflict was stopped not only by the forceful method of "beneficial occupation", but also its economic basis was cut and cleaned. European economic interests are still not aligned, but the severity of the conflicts of our day is nothing compared to what happened from 1918 to 1945. Alsace and Lorraine no longer change hands, because France, Germany, and the disputed lands themselves almost do not care whose they are - it does not affect business.

But what was the alternative for Germany - and was it? Nobody justifies Hitler and his cannibalistic views. But if Ace was right and Germany was a poor, moderately developed country, then what would have happened to it if it had not gone into conflict with the whole world and directly seized other people's possessions and resources? Would other countries open access to their markets for it in a good way? Or would Germany have been left to quietly suffer alone with her misfortune, without exports and imports, and watch her industry fall apart, and her people become impoverished and starve, not being able to earn a living by honest labor?

Adolf Hitler and Albert Speer, chief architect of Nazi GermanyPhoto: airchive.is

Or maybe the Cold War was not inevitable? What if the US had offered the Soviet Union assistance in post-war reconstruction without imposing unacceptable conditions? Wouldn't it have turned out that the Soviet regime would also have become less closed and antagonistic? If there are tens of thousands of American specialists and goods in the country, it is difficult to escalate enmity. But the United States, seeing the USSR closer, would be less afraid of it. You see, in the place of irreconcilable competitors for world hegemony, two restrained partners would appear.

And this unanswered question brings us back to our cruel modernity. Now the trade war of all against all is starting again. The old conflicts of the major players are again inflated. And society within countries is in violent conflict and intrigue, one party against another, one side against another. Ideology again dictates politics.

Of course, it is difficult to argue with the main idea of Ace's book: whoever has a stronger economy will prevail in a protracted conflict. And the balance of power has not changed yet. The American economy in a hot conflict will overcome both China and the Russian Federation, and the longer the conflict drags on, the higher the chances for the United States.

But is it worth it to fight to the last, when trade, credit, and just the outstretched hand of friendship can stop conflict and turn enemies into friends? Indeed, until recently, Europe was a field of deadly enmity between the current members of the European Union, who first defeated each other to the ground and only then found a common language.

We all know who won the Second World War. Who was right, too. But little by little, apparently, everyone was to blame for the war - the fact that everyone was pulling the trade and money blanket over themselves. So, maybe the lesson of the past century is that selfishness must be overcome even at a loss to oneself? The price of any other solution is too high and ultimately becomes the price of destruction.

the meaning of the positions of the cards in the layouts

The wisdom and beliefs of Tarot Osho say this: "Everything that happens to us is the embodiment of our mental and sensual manifestations." The Osho Tarot deck provides an opportunity to figure out what events are playing out in your life in a certain period or a given period of time.
Therefore, the layouts made using the Osho Zen deck of cards focus on a specific problem, and decipher subconscious thoughts and emotions, allow you to track the flight of thoughts, find causes and effects, help analyze the internal state, find harmony with oneself, and also help take stock and make the right decision.

Problems that Tarot helps to solve:

Consider Osho Zen Tarot divination options and spreads on Zen Tarot cards:

Osho Zen Tarot Instant Spread

Osho Zen Tarot Divination with one card. The meaning of this alignment is to interpret one card. The situation is described in the form in which it is presented in fact, this is your real state of affairs. Also, the card can be regarded as advice for meditation for the coming day. Meditation can be done at any time of the day. You can also resort to meditation if a controversial or difficult situation arises. The dropped position will help to solve difficulties.

Divination is performed on the basis of one card taken:

Before the layout, the selected deck is shuffled, while the cards are shuffled, the concentration on the question occurs.

NOTHING

The card that all my Clients are afraid of: "It's black!". Nevertheless, it is the most simple, perfect.

There are two variations of its reading:

1. You are at the starting point;

2. You don't know further.

The black color was chosen for a reason - you are in absolute nothingness, at the starting point of a new stage in your life. There is nothing yet, nothing is visible, because you yourself have not illuminated the path with knowledge, goals, undertakings. Take the first step and know where to go next.

It is not given to know further - it is like a period in a sentence. Sometimes clients want to know their lives ten steps ahead, but the Universe can provide information, for example, only about the first three.

First, not all processes are running. Secondly, the Client's legs also need to be rearranged, take at least three steps, and then look further. Therefore, the card can be read as a stop signal if the Client's curiosity has been carried away. This map should always be viewed with neighbors!

In love, don't expect anything at all. If you have a partner, the card can indicate anything from a powerful conflict to conception. In the first case, see the cards Lightning, Fight, Stress, Exhaustion. In the second - Source, Ripeness, Patience. If there is no partner, start thinking about what and who you want. Maybe you don't really want to be in a relationship right now.

Be prepared for unpredictable changes in your work environment. There may be dismissal, and a serious conversation with superiors, and promotion - in general, the whole spectrum. Again - be guided by neighboring maps. If you see cards with a negative meaning such as Sadness, Guilt, Stress, Struggle, get ready for trouble. And vice versa, cards like Harmony, Creativity, Source, Opportunities indicate a new beginning, an expansion of horizons.

With money it is worth sitting still and calmly. Do not spend, do not save, do not be greedy and do not expect big earnings. The card promises uncertainty in the financial sector, be extremely careful. Do not rush to conclude serious deals.

In matters of health, refrain from surgery. If you care about the health of loved ones, then the card may indicate an internal block of a person that prevents you from improving your well-being. A person can also close off strongly from others - see Loneliness, Burden, Exhaustion nearby. So only in his power to change the situation.

Tip: relax. Behind is turmoil, ahead is turmoil. Feel here and now.

Yes/no: neither.

Interpretation example

This card should definitely be read only in the general layout. So the client asks about the prospects for the family to move to Kaliningrad. In the neighborhood with Vina, the card says that there will be no prospects if the Client and her husband do not believe in themselves, but underestimate themselves.

When asked whether it is worth going to graduate school, the card fell next to Totality and Burden. This means that it can and is worth doing, but you have to be very conscientious about your studies. There will be no real satisfaction.

Paradox Spread

Osho Zen Tarot The Instant Paradox Spread is a bit like one-card divination.

The alignment is carried out as follows. You need a full deck of 78 cards, shuffle it carefully, at this time formulate your question, divide the deck into three piles (the size of the piles is not important, uniformity is also not important, cards do not like consistency and equality).

After the deck has been divided into three packs, it is worth choosing one, putting the remaining two aside, for this layout you will no longer need them, fortune-telling takes place on the selected ones.

Now take the chosen pile and remove the top card - this is a description of the situation at the moment, the real state of affairs. After that, take the bottom card - this is the past, which affects what is happening at the moment. Having removed these two cards, it remains to draw the third. The card should be chosen randomly, you should not draw it again from above or below. The third card is a summing up, that is, the answer to a question.

Thus, alignment reveals the situation from the inside , makes it possible to analyze all the components, perhaps the cards will open your eyes to the situation, and you will look at it in a new way, from a different angle.

Testimonials from people who have successfully used his techniques

Victor R.: “I do kundalini meditation regularly, and I use Osho's tarot cards to get recommendations about the place and time. Meditation helps me a lot, I get rid of negative emotions. I noticed that recently it has become much less likely to get sick, and relations have improved in the family.

Maria Yu.: “I use Osho Tarot to predict events in my personal life. Cards are very helpful not only to find out what will happen in the future, but also to influence these events on your own. They are also suitable for understanding yourself, finding and correcting weaknesses.

"Rhombus"

The rhombus is used to consider an issue from different angles. For the alignment, it is worth using the question that most torments and haunts with its unresolved. The layout indicates the path that should be taken in order to get out of the predicament.

Five cards are used in the layout (full deck or Major Arcana - your choice). Scheme: 5, 2−1-3, 4 .

Features of interpretation

An example is made for a girl in love (22 years old) who wants to learn how to win the love of a young man she knows who works with her.

Analysis of the 1st position: Trust (Water Knight)

Querenta has a great need to tell the object of sighs about her feelings. In principle, she is ready to do it even today, but "Trust" advises to wait a bit. There is no need to rush things, because during this period you need to trust fate and just go with the flow.

The questioner should not disrupt the course of events with her activity, now the main thing is to show patience - everything has its time.

Analysis 2 positions: Creator (King of Fire)

The young man has reciprocal feelings for the Questioner and very soon she will learn about it personally from him. The “Creator” will also please the querent woman by predicting a serious relationship that has every chance of ending in a wedding.

Analysis of 3 positions: Laziness (Nine of water)

The girl and the young man are similar in character - calm, a little inert, they love comfort. Energy compatibility is good: although from the outside, the couple’s life together will look a little fresh, but there will be no conflicts and violent quarrels in it.

Analysis of the 4th position: Generosity (Queen of Fire)

The girl and the young man are perfect for each other, and it is unlikely that either of them will later start looking for someone better. Having come together, parting does not threaten them.

“Bird in flight”

The layout is performed in the form of a bird flying in the sky, the left wing (side, positions 2, 4, 6) is the energy of the female line - it is passive, the right wing (side, positions 3, 5, 7 ) - the energy of the male line - is active.

The spread consists of seven cards. Diagram:

Who is Osho and what did he work on?

Osho is a popular spiritual mentor who has worked in India and the USA. A teacher of philosophy by education, he left teaching for the sake of enlightening minds through special spiritual practices. Osho is not a follower of a particular religion, he created a teaching for himself. The Indian took Buddhism, Greek philosophers, Shintoism, and even the psychology of personal growth as a basis.

The path of the master was full of turning points. In the 60s and 70s, he founded his own community in India, but the authorities did not like it, despite the absence of illegal activities. Then in 1981, Osho decided to move to the United States and came to Oregon, where he remained as a guest for a long time. Here, his followers in the amount of about 5-7 thousand people founded their own settlement, built a whole city. An atmosphere of respect and mutual understanding reigned in it, people were happy. However, the authorities, this time in the United States, again did not like Osho's activities - they feared a repeat of the incident in Jonestown, where members of the sect committed mass suicide.

"Key"

The key reveals the situation from the inside, helps to draw attention to the points that were missed or not taken into account during the first examination. Also, this alignment is a good helper in finding answers to exciting questions. The alignment allows you to know yourself and reveal your inner world from a new perspective. There are eight cards involved in the layout, the scheme is similar to the key .

  • 3 - Yang side - energy of the male line, active influence.
  • 4 — meditations — necessary actions, what efforts are worth making, sometimes, perhaps, it is worth acting without actions, then sending questions and desires to the boundless expanses of the Universe comes to the rescue, with this option, the line of action that you need is drawn.

His books worth reading

If you are interested in Osho's teachings, read the following books:

  1. “Joy. Happiness that comes from within." The mentor will tell you why happiness cannot be found in material things and how to find it in yourself. The book contains exercises and tips for finding your own happiness.

  2. The Blue Book of Meditations. A practical guide to meditation techniques developed by Osho himself. Suitable for anyone who loves yoga.

Osho's library has over 300 books. Most of them are collections of lectures by the mentor himself, as well as replies to letters received from his followers. You can get acquainted with the works in the format of an online book, a classic paper edition or an audio book.

REBEL

The card is easily interpreted in one phrase: “Let yourself be more”. Just look at the man depicted on the map - he confidently rushes somewhere, carries a torch, breaks the chains. Isn't this the image of a person who has found what to live for, what to strive for? And most importantly - this person does not think, does not doubt, does not analyze - he acts.

In any area, the card advises to move, and maybe even rush headlong. It's time to clean up the interior and break through to something bigger and better. It's time to show courage, take responsibility for your life, destiny. Set ambitious goals and strive for them by leaps and bounds.

In love, the Rebel calls for initiative. If the partner does not dare to have sex, living together, then offer it to him yourself. Not only in words, but also in deeds. If you are single for now, then now is a good time for fun activities, unexpected trips, or inner permission to finally find love - so the chances of meeting a worthy partner will increase.

In your work, strive for something bigger and better, something you love, for which you would rush to the ends of the earth. Defend your opinion, ask for an increase in salary, vacation, dismissal. But not by scandal, but by fortitude, confidence.

Money can and should be spent, invested, risked without fear of bankruptcy. Especially if there are dynamic cards Intensity, Breakthrough nearby (for more details about dynamic cards, see Cheat Sheets). If there are cards with a negative value nearby, such as Struggle, Guilt, Sadness or Stress, then you should not squander money. There is a risk of letting everything go to waste.

Your health requires activity and energy. Don't linger and try new things. You can and should sign up for health courses, fitness rooms, workouts, yoga, etc. Sex promises to be enchanting.

Tip: allow yourself more and go ahead!

Yes/no: yes.

Interpretation example

A woman has lost her taste for life, cannot find a good job, asks for advice. The card in the neighborhood with Past Lives says that you need to be more active, more alive, as you were before.

The client is interested in prospects at a new job. The rebel says that he will have to run and plow, and, together with the Creativity card, also show originality, introduce something new.

The girl asks about the attitude of her superiors towards her as a professional. In the general layout with cards We are the world and Awareness, the interpretation is as follows: she is perceived as a responsible employee, active and interested in the quality performance of her duties.

When asked if a child should be enrolled in a sports section, the card simply answers: yes. The child will be able to direct his indefatigable energy into action.

General theoretical explanations

(not your layout, read if necessary)

The author of all images on the cards is Ma Deva Padma (Ma Deva Padma, in the world Susan Morgan), one of Osho's students. "Drawings are your meditation," he told her, "just paint, that's your way..."

Reissues appeared in 2003 from AGM and U.S. Games Systems, and in 2010 from the Italian publisher Lo Scarabeo. Russian-language versions appeared in 2006 (Ves), 2008 (AST) and 2012 (Veligor). The deck includes 79cards, it added the lasso Master with the image of Osho. In fact, this is an analogue of an empty card, hinting that you already know the answer to the question. The names of the arcana do not belong to the classics, as do the names of the suits: Wands - Fire, Cups - Water, Swords - Clouds, Pentacles - Rainbow. The suits are not written on the cards and you can guess only by the color of the “rhombus” at the bottom.

Major Arcana

Osho Zen Tarot includes 23 Major Arcana, where there is an additional "blank" card. It all starts with the Fool, who is almost the only one who follows the classics. Then we see how the Magician became Existence, the High Priestess became the Inner Voice, and then Creativity follows, reminiscent of the Empress (the birth of the new).

Next, we see the sequence of cards: Rebel (Emperor), Nothing (Hierophant), Lovers (Lovers), Awareness (Chariot) and Courage (Strength). Loneliness looks like a Hermit, but a deeper meaning is already visible here. The fact is that the most important experiences we go through when we are alone.

Followed by Change (Wheel of Fortune), Breakthrough (Justice), New Vision (Hanged Man), Transformation (Death), Integration (Temperance), Conditioning (Devil), Lightning (Tower), Silence or Silence (Star), Past Lives (Moon), Innocence (Sun), Beyond Illusion (Judgment) and Completeness (Peace).

The Completeness card is shown in an interesting way, because there is a puzzle that has almost been folded. You just need to add one detail and see the full picture. Silence instantly sets you up for silence and calmness. In the card Conditionality is hidden an ancient parable about how a small lion ended up in a herd of sheep. He was brought up according to their laws, but one day he met another lion, who, in the reflection of the water, showed his true appearance. This is a hint of how important it is to awaken yourself and become aware of the patterns.

This is naked rationalism, reason without a drop of soul. It is necessary, but you also need to be able to listen to the signals of your subconscious.

Dropped card

We are the world

When thousands of people all over the earth are celebrating, singing, dancing in ecstasy, intoxicated by the divine, global suicide is impossible. With such celebration and laughter, with such health and common sense, with such naturalness and spontaneity, how can war happen? Life is given to you to create, have fun and celebrate. When you scream and cry, then you are miserable, you are alone. When you celebrate, the whole existence celebrates with you. Only in celebration do we meet the highest, the eternal. Only in celebration do we transcend the wheel of birth and death.

Comment

Humanity is depicted here as a rainbow of people dancing around the earth mandala, holding hands in joy and gratitude for the gift of life. The image on this card symbolizes the time of unification, in which each of us shares our wealth with the whole. There is no holding, no capture. It is a circle without fear, where no one is humiliated or exalted. When we all come to our common source, the common origin of our dreams and desires, our hopes and fears, we can see that we are all united together in the great miracle of existence. When we can combine our vast inner wealth to create a treasure of love and wisdom available to all, we are bound together in a subtle pattern of eternal creation.
